This is the worst place to rent a car from avoid it please, the supervisor is nothing but simple clerk who can't make any decision on his own without going back to the managers.... I had to exchange my car four times and he couldn't even upgrade me after 4 changes and his only excuse is that the price was different .... They made life super difficult just because they can't think outside the box and must follow the rules blindly like robots... Don't waste your time or money

The quality of the car rented was not great, but is acceptable considering the good rental monthly rate. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Its a well known rent a car group im Doha and they have lot of branches too

Good atmosphere and easy process to rent a car efficiently.

I was happy with the service I received right up to the time I asked for my cash deposit refund. I have been dealing with a Mohamed Ihthysham who at first did not reply to my request until I sent a second rather sterner email. I have now waited for almost 2 weeks for the refund after the 14 days I was asked to wait to get my deposit back. I have sent him a number of follow up emails without reply nor has my money been refunded. So now I now have to resort to writing this review of very bad after sales service from a company I assumed dealt with integrity. I would sincerely hope that this person is correctly dealt with. Please could you ensure my deposit is refunded immediately. I was referred to by a good friend of the GM of the company and hopefully this comment reaches him so he is aware of his employees actions.
