I did not anticipate the purchasing process to be so quick and painless. no games, fast and clear communication. Logan, my salesman went above and beyond. he was professional and attentive to my requests. From Sales to Finance it was a positive experience. From the minute I walked in the dealership. My salesman, Mike Anderson, did everything in his power to put me in a vehicle I would be happy with. Great service department. I took my Focus in for transmission trouble, and everything was covered under warranty, as it should have been.

I was without my car for only 2 days, and was given a new loaner car to drive (way nicer than my Focus). When I picked my car up, it was washed and vacuumed. I was very happy with the way I was treated. Marc in service took care of me. I would recommend the Spitzer Ford service department to anyone. It was a good experience.

We found a vehicle on cars.com and drove 3 hours to test drive it after communicating with Mike to assess the overall condition. Mike and Logan had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. There was a small scuff on the front fender but Mike had been upfront about that flaw so it wasn t a surprise. They were very patient while we test drove it and looked over and even crawled underneath the vehicle. There was no pressure at all. We did end up purchasing the vehicle and financing did not try to add on any annoying up-sells like so many do. Would highly recommend this dealership!

I am not typically a fan of the car buying experience. I always feel very pressured and uncomfortable. Not so with Ty! He was friendly, located the exact truck we wanted, and made sure all of our needs were met! We never felt pressured and he was great from the beginning to the end. We will definitely be back to work with him.

Visited the service department three times for issues with my F-150 and each time was told what the problem was, paid hundreds in parts and labor and the problem continued, making me pay hundreds more in parts and labor until they were done naming parts for me to replace. The final visit paying $500+ for a repair, they said was the problem, to get back in my truck with the same problem, telling me I would have to pay another $800+ to replace another part. I should have learned after the first two multiple part replacments. This is a service department review only, I have not purchased a vehicle at this parts replacement dealership.

Had an great experience with Larry Johnston. I was in and out with the truck I wanted for the right price. Will definitely be sending people his way.

Bought a Ford Edge from Spitzer today. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Fair price on their vehicle and fair valuation of my trade in. Salesman Mike was excellent. I'd recommend the dealership and the salesman to family and friends.

My car buying adventure has finally come to an end thanks to Jon Treml from Spitzer Ford. He was extremely helpful and was easy to talk to. He wasn't intrusive and guided me through the entire process. I would recommend anyone who walks through the door to see Jon.

The service writer Drew was very accommodating and handled my warranty work in a timely manner.

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle there. The no hassle pricing is a refreshing approach. Our experience was that the pricing was "what you see is what you get" without any opportunity to negotiate, but perhaps it has been different for others. Our salesperson, Tim Clark, was polite and informative throughout the entire process and made sure that a few unresolved items were taken care of as part of the purchase. Will consider shopping here again next time we are in the market. It was truly a no-stress transaction.

Did not have the tires with the correct air pressure in them

They sold me a car with factory defects and neglected to tell me about it at the time of purchase then tried to charge me to have them fixed. They refuse to take care of clear saftey issues. The maintenance department feels they can talk down to me just because I'm a young woman. Also they refuse to acknowledge my warranty. I will never buy another car off of them.

The very worst car dealership in Summit County, Ohio ! Don't believe anything they tell you.. They play will you like real fool and a sucker ! The problems start when turned into any Spitzer dealership in Ohio or anywhere else they choose setup their con job(s) ! It doesn't what your looking for in service, new, pre-owned or used car. They won't fix it ever, they will tell you they did fix the problem and when you bring back, then tell you another flat out more lies again & charge again for another problem they created ! It just doesn't stop with these classic devils !
So to the future buyer(s) beware, don't stop by, don't fall for the false promises ads you will might see online or your TV, ever!

Go to somewhere else ! Well again, unless you like being treated like a real fool with lots of money & enjoying spending many months in court trying get your money back ! These are all facts, I know, I'm still trying get restitution from a horrible six month old purchase ! It just doesn't stop !
Oh by the way, They are not BBB accredited if this might help in making a decision in what car dealer you deal with ! Sadly I did not prior my purchase ! I will never ever assume anything with any other business deal again !

We had come in after finding out how badly of a situation I was in with my previous car. Larry had worked with us via email, phone and text and then when all details were figured out, we went in, signed and were done and out in just a little over an hour. I now have an awesome F150.

I absolutely love my 2013 Ford Fusion!!! My salesman, Shaun Heilman, made me feel comfortable when purchasing my brand new car and helped me every step of the way! He took the time to text me (because it was easier for me when I was working) to show me pictures of the car before I drove out to test drive it. The car was exactly what I wanted with all the bells and whistles I was hoping for! Shaun did not pressure me in anyway. In fact, he made me feel excited and comfortable about purchasing the car because he was so thorough and helpful! He answered all my questions before and after I bought the car regarding technical support, payment methods and special features that came with the car. Not once did he make me feel inadequate or pressure into buying a car. He calls and emails me every so often to ensure my car is running smoothly and that I do not have any issues. He is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with and when I am ready to buy an SUV in a few years I will return back to Al Spitzer Ford and ask for Shaun Heilman!

Went to size up the new Bronco Sport. Exactly what I want. Logan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Protocols being followed and was able to sit in car and had everything explained and pointed out. No big pressure either. Perfect!!!

Brett and Larry were great! We went back multiple days before they received a sale but that did not atop them from doing everything they can for us and working with us to get the best deal we could. It was a quick process and they made sure I was all set up before leaving. We looked at multiple dealerships but Spitzer has the best deal by far. The team is helpful and very friendly! I have not used their service department yet but I will be soon!

Terrible post purchase experience. I ve called nearly a dozen times, reached out on live chat, on FB. I always get promised a call or email back and crickets. I bought all weather floor mats from them and no one will send them to me as promised. Save yourself the trouble and find another Ford dealer.

I recently traded my truck for an Explorer Sport. I had the privilege of having Tex as my salesman. He was absolutely wonderful. Tex went above and beyond working for me to get the vehicle I was interested in. The dealership was clean, with friendly personalities all around. From Tex, to Brian in Finance, everyone was friendly, and welcoming. Tex did his best to meet fair terms for my trade, and resolve any requests for the new purchase, such as replacing a weather strip, no questions asked! This was the best salesman, and best experience purchasing a vehicle I have had. Definitely would recommend Al Spitzer Ford, and specifically Tex, for anyone in the market.

After returning a phone call to (March 15 @3:01pm management please listen) Beth Goss-a recruiter, concerning my resume which appealed to her. I was greeted with rude and unprofessional behavior. Spitzer Ford is bound to loose qualified candidates utilizing TK Worldwide Inc.

I found a used truck on Spitzers website, I I called tso days ago to inquire about the bed liner. The salesman assure me the truck I was calling about had the bed liner,I wanted. I called this morning to make sure the truck was still on their lot and the salesman Eric assured me the truck is still on their lot. I drove 2.5 hours to my destination to find that the truck had been sold previously. Obviously you can't believe anything a salesperson there tells you. If I could give a zero I would. A huge waste of my time and gas

Very helpful, went with me on 15 mile test drive to my house to show car to wife, stayed about 90 minutes past close while I finished paperwork due to having to drive a long way for test drive. My car still leaks and still shudders. They also told me my muffler only needed a small patch, but the were unable to do it there. Turns out, my entire muffler was rusted through and shot. DONT TRUST THEM!

I planned to spend my Saturday afternoon looking at 3 Ford Fusions. I was assigned to Charles Rider, one of their internet sales specialists.

The vehicle was a Ford Certified, 1 owner, personal lease, in excellent condition, with low miles having an aggressive price far less than my local dealers.

Charles was very easy going and friendly, start to finish. He was helpful with the buying process, paperwork and excellent communicator via text, email and phone.

A huge bonus for me being over 3 hours away was their willingness to deliver the vehicle to my residence. The vehicle arrived on time, clean with full tank of gas. Thank you.

Nick H. delivered excellent customer service when I brought my car in for repair. The Service Department already had a full schedule for the day when I arrived. I walked in today without a prayer to be able to get a car, but I was desperate. My old car was hemorrhaging money and I had nothing saved for a down payment. Limited monthly payment options. However, thru the options Barry, Renee, and Brett worked MIRACLES for me!! I was able to drive away TODAY with a 2015 Fiesta IN MY BUDGET!!!! They ALL WORKED SO HARD TO HELP ME!!!! NEVER once did I feel like a loser or feel uncomfortable. I was downing myself and Renee kept telling me to stop it. She was so encouraging and positive!! Im taking this time to write on my experience I had at Spitzer Ford Cuyahoga Falls. Ive recently bought two vehicles from them and the staff there has been nothing short of amazing! Our sales guy Jon Treml works miracles as I like to say to him and they have earned my business for the rest of our car buying days. It has been the best car buying experience Ive ever had and I want to personally thank Jon and his staff for everything they have done for my wife and I.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would have, I have bought 3 cars from this dealership with no problems the the sales people were great finance was awesome GM was good well fast forward to February 2021 the salesman Bill lied to me and my daughter and then tried to say he didn't then the finance guy jumps in the sales manager were all very unprofessional felt very pressured very different experience from 5 star to minus 5 if I could Oh then on way home GM calls my daughter saying it was all big misunderstanding the whole I have to make a sale speech BS Then leave a message the next day saying hope to see you so we can seal the deal wow. Needless to say I will never be buying another car and they lost my service also, it is sad when just a few different people can change a usual pleasant experience to a very uncomfortable one.

Bought a van, was promised would be fixed in back end. This is week 3 of having the van and have been there twice now to address the original problems. They need to stick to there word on fixing issues. I will post again to say wither they fixed the problems. Customer service was awesome. Very timely on getting us into a new vechile.

Nick in Service is a rock star. Ford designed the 2012 Focus with a transmission that is unique and somewhat quirky. During previous visits I was not entirely pleased with how this concern was addressed, but Nick went above and beyond on my most recent visit. When I came in due to a transmission trouble light recently he had the problem diagnosed, paperwork complete, and a rental headed my way within 20 minutes. He completely owned the problem and made it clear that he wanted to make this problem better for me as quickly as he could. Thank You!!
