Good housing at an affordable price. Couldn t ask for more. Also, they give special discount for MoE people which is awesome. Check them out, you ll like it!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my whole life. The rooms are very outdated. Pillows, sheets and blankets are brown in colour from the dirt and they smell. The mattress will ca use you back pain. Bathroom has insects and when I first arrived the toilet had urine stains. The tap is loose and water doesn't get drained. We had 3 people to come and see it and everytime they will say the same thing "it has to be replaced". But guess what nothing has been replaced. The kitchen has no stove or a heater. The fridge didn't work and it got replaced by another one that takes ages to cool. The picture of the living rooms on the website is a complete lie. The sofa is broken and smells like it is 20 years old. When we complained we got offered another apartment that is 80 dirhams per night more. The reason that it is more expensive because it is clean. How on earth did this hotel got 4 stars?????? Oh and I forgot to mention that on the website it says that apartments are equipped with washing machine and a wet clothes hanger. Well only FEW apartments have washingmachine. The laundry room on the first floor is so nasty. The washing machine stinks and hasls a lot of dust because it has never been used.
Do yourself a favour and never trust their website

P.s. The staff members are rude and when you complain their face expression tells me that they have heard similar complaints.

Verrrry bad hotel. I found out they are accepting ellicit affair happening inside..Woman checking in and the man follows. I have proof!!!!

My opinion about this hotel can be anything but good. I believe I had a very good insight because I have been a guest in this structure for a long period of time due to business reasons. Where to start? Well, let's talk about the hygene level of bathrooms. They are absolut rubbish. Mold in the tiles' grouting (some of them are chipped or broken), thus a bad smell. Hot water is coming and going and the staff does not clean the bathroom with regularity.
To continue, their idea of an "extra bed" is literally a worn out matress laid down on the bare floor with a blanket. Oh, the kitchens in the suites are also dirty, cupboards are old and the shelfs have more than a little dust and stains on them. Not to mention cutlery and pots (I found an old, dry noodle in the water kettle). The thought of putting those things into your mouth is not pleasant at all. The info about the amenities and services the hotel provide is not up to date. In the elevators for example you can see advertisment for a gym available nearby...there isn't one. There is only a free shuttle to the local beach. Prices on the menus for room service are not updated as well, just add a couple of AED and you'll be fine though. Room service is not great either, the staff forgot to bring me forks and knives on different occasions, so I had to go down to the lobby and get them myself.
Internet connection is slow, you can do basic stuff but skype calls will drop and freeze literally every couple of minutes.
Let's see, what else? Uh, bigger suites (4 beds) have not enough storage space for everybody's clothes, and additional space is not an option, don't bother asking.
Last but not least, I could only pay cash due to the fact that I negotiated the price for a prolonged stay.
So, in the end I really cannot recommend this establishment, especially if you are travelling for pleasure and you expect a bit of a treat. There are many other alternatives around Sharjah so be advised. This place needs to step his game up!

Budget place. Good for a short stay with family. Spacious and have a restaurant in ground floor. Outside we could find supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants. Nearby laundry shop also available.

Its very nice. And low cost is well. I really liked. Only have a suggestion for car parking.

One - night apartments. Service very bad. Furniture is old. Refrigerator not work. Kitchen utensils is bad. Towel is not white.

The schedule of buses going to the beach is not complied with. Cold water in the shower. It is very difficult to negotiate with the staff.

Beautiful hotel. I was upgraded by the GM from a regular room to a suite. I really enjoyed my stay at Al Maha Regency. I wish the parking was free.

To be in Arabia very good, excellent dinner for me, I am Italian (and it means a lot). The hotel is mainly composed of mini apartments, a sort of two-room apartments with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located in an internal street but very convenient for reaching the Mega Mall. The night center near the sea is about 3km away, while the hotel offers a shuttle to the beach.

Relaxation and quiet hero / car parks, except for the fees / breakfast Mafia variety, but walks with the value of the hotel

good receptionist but attitude of teh security 0 also some of teh maintenance guys they have idea whats teh hospitality meaning so hotel should give proper training , cooking facility so badly there , parking its a big problem and they don't care

Here is my honest review about the property!
Unfortunately there was no cancellation policy with the property I had no option but to stay there as I wasnt happy with the quality of the stay for the price I was paying!
Staff is friendly nd helping mainly the cleaning staff Mr. Prem Sagar nd Mr. Nauman.
The quality of the hotel is really not value for money as you can get better facilities with other hotels...
Washroom equipments aren't clean nd in bad presentable state!
The deluxe studio option doesnt have privacy as there is other door which connects to the other room of hotel where its audible for people to hear each other!
Parking is a huge issue in the area whereas agoda mentioned that parking is available in facility nd I was denied on the arrival... hence had to cancel my Rent a car since no parking facility!
I dont know how Booking.com offered this property 7.7 (personally I believe it should be rated 2.5 to 3 )
The washrooms are not at all same as seen in the pictures shown!
If you are a person who can compromise for the facilities u pay for, this is a place for you!
Whereas u cn find other beautiful hotels for same price in the area!
Location of hotel is in prime location with easy accessibility!

From front office (Mahesh) to housekeeping (Dilshan) I found hotel has done the best in recruitment. I felt that I was served at a family members place. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Apartment was found well cleaned and well maintained. Got a super deal for the price I paid. It was absolute value for money. Easy access to the location and there are plenty of places to visit around the hotel.

The location and price worked really well for me since I only needed a place to stay for one night. The wifi worked very well and the staff were very helpful. The downsides were no parking (although I found affordable street parking right across the street), the room seemed a bit unclean and after I took a shower there were no towels so I ended up drying off with a hair dryer that was attached to the wall (I think they may use these instead of towels). Overall I would probably pick a different location due to the cleanliness of the room.

The place is bad and there is no parking space nearby. You must pay for it. I booked from Booking.com and the day it arrived I paid more than the price in booking

Old and dirty hotel. Located far from the sea.
Early in the morning a small minibus goes to the beach by the sea. There are not enough places for all tourists (they had to squat down). Breakfasts are very poor: scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins.

Prices are ok and location but cleanliness is not good

Superb, very peaceful and such a warm welcoming friendly hotel. The staff at this property are extremely accommodating! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to Kevin who is very helpful for assisting us from our booking til our stay here at Al Maha. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody.

Old-fashioned towels gave the furniture after 3 days in Russian do not understand at all

Nice place, but parking your car there is slightly difficult. You have to add 35 Dhs at least for parking the car in front of the hotel at the empty places.
Beach access is provided by buses from the hotel to the beach, which is tricky that you may think the hotel is near to the beach when yoy filter and refine your result to find a hotel near to the beach!

Photos from the hotel elevator and places where we eat. To day is the first day. The rest of the photos and videos are 10 minutes walk very nice helpful staff and the princep is all at a high level.

3-star hotel with Studio, 1-bed room and 2- bed room apartments.
Very good room service and customer service.
