The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my whole life. The rooms are very outdated. Pillows, sheets and blankets are brown in colour from the dirt and they smell. The mattress will ca use you back pain. Bathroom has insects and when I first arrived the toilet had urine stains. The tap is loose and water doesn't get drained. We had 3 people to come and see it and everytime they will say the same thing "it has to be replaced". But guess what nothing has been replaced. The kitchen has no stove or a heater. The fridge didn't work and it got replaced by another one that takes ages to cool. The picture of the living rooms on the website is a complete lie. The sofa is broken and smells like it is 20 years old. When we complained we got offered another apartment that is 80 dirhams per night more. The reason that it is more expensive because it is clean. How on earth did this hotel got 4 stars?????? Oh and I forgot to mention that on the website it says that apartments are equipped with washing machine and a wet clothes hanger. Well only FEW apartments have washingmachine. The laundry room on the first floor is so nasty. The washing machine stinks and hasls a lot of dust because it has never been used.
Do yourself a favour and never trust their website

P.s. The staff members are rude and when you complain their face expression tells me that they have heard similar complaints.
