Reliable but expensive. AlGhanim is one the few true professional logistics companies in Kuwait that I dealt with in my small business. They're highly professional (with a few hiccups here and there though) and reliable with fast service, however, they tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to cost.
This company can NOT be trusted. I went with them thinking its part of the Al-Ghannim Group so cant be that bad!! They put me in a very awkward situation when using them to air ship small furniture items to London from Kuwait. They overcharged me (which I knew but thinking they will do a good job I went with them).
Cost me twice as much and the service was absolutely terrible.
Reported to senior management that did very little.
Whats annoying is that some of eh review here are from internal staff. Person who screwed up my shipment is actually leaving a good review for himself!!
horrible service received from Nasser Al-Hilaly employee is very rude and unprofessional tried to scam me on shipment to Kuwait.
