Ramadan here is really nice, it feels like a great mixture of Arabic and US culture in one place.

Better than any other Mediterranean restaurant in the area.

The food is absolutely delicious, but the restaurant is being so stingy. The main dishes were gone in 30 minutes and they did not add any more. Even the drinks were gone after a while and they said they were not adding any. The staff is nice but open buffet should not run out of food. It was kind of disappointing.

Wonderful experience and flavorful food. Its a celebration of Lebanese food and it is a grand celebration indeed. We were welcomed by staff dressed in traditional Lebanese attire. It is very crowded place and reservation is very helpful. They have enough parking and if it is full further more public parking is available right behind the restaurant. We ordered meat platter and couple of shawarmas and it was more than enough for party of 8. The salads and hummus were delightful. The ambience is awesome as well.

Everything was just perfect, food, atmosphere, service, people, it s really worth it.

We ordered tabouli, kebbi and hummus to go for 20 people yesterday. The tabouli and kebbi was so bad and tasteless. And my guests were expecting much better from Albawadi.. we even called the manager and they put us on hold for 10 minutes and never responded.. so disrespectful and never going back again.1

Had one beef and one chicken shawarma sandwich and it was delicious . service was excellent.

I used to live in the area so I went to Al Bawadi almost every day. now I m an hour away so it s kind of tough coming here. But whenever I m headed for the city I make sure to stop here to get something on the way. Their food is delicious, and the customer is treated so well!! Keep up the great work

I went to this restaurant with 8 other people and it was a very nice experience. We bought the $80 meat platter that included all the meats excluding the fish. Very, Very good. Loved it a lot. The atmosphere is nice as well.

Great food great ambience. Quantity is surprisingly a lot. One order will last you at least two meals.

My only gripe is how cheap they are with their tahini sauce. They need to be slightly more liberal with it rather than me having to ask over and over for extra.

Food is good. Way to expensive two wraps for almost 20 bucks?! Should at least come with a side of something. And when i got it the girl told me. your welcome....i never said thank you.

I had a great time in this restaurant. We loved the extraordinary vibes and the menu. The waiters were very amiable. I m happy we ultimately decided to try this restaurant.

Authentic. Clean. Friendly. Awesome service. The only Middle-Eastern Restaurant that I can take my wife and sisters to without feeling uncomfortable. I will be a customer for life iA.

Well actually once they wouldn't let anyone in that isn't Arab they told me they have some kind of religious dinner or something going on and I can't dine in lol. But whatever I understand I guess

Very friendly and courteous staff .. amazing meal and brilliant atmosphere... I will be bringing all my out of town friends to experience true middle eastern cuisine.

First time ever trying Mediterranean food and I was very surprised with the outcome. I highly recommend this restaurant for their different flavors and textures. The food was not overpriced and it still tasted like it was made with care and effort. Would come back again, but with more people!

I've been here more than 8 times and I can simply say that they have the Best Mediterranean food I've ever tried in the US. Very delicious, flavorful and authentic dishes. Try the kufta kabab and chicken kabab( tawook) with red rice

My daughter always brought home leftovers, and finally took me to dinner at Al Bawadi Grill. The food is fresh and authentic, and the portions are good. A very pleasant dining experience.

Nice Syrian/Palestinian cuisine but I think it's over rated. Service is slow and horrible.

Amazing great delicious food and outstanding service.

Portions were okay, meat was dry, I ordered chicken kababs with rice. $120 including tip for dinner and dessert for 5 not bad.

I had lunch with friends today
. The sampler shish kafta, kabob, shish tawook on 2 kinds of basmati rice was excellent. The appetizers hummus, baba ghanouj , tabbouleh, Arabian salad and egg plant were very good. Their kenafa dessert is delicious.

Good service and all but the food is just bland and too expensive. Disliked the rice and meats. Really no flavor to the platter items. I would rather eat at a more tastier mediterranean restaurant like Pita Inn, Roti, Rayan, and NOK.

I loved this place, they have wonderful Mediterranean food, they also have the best konafah in town.

If you want the best falafel and humus in town, this is the right place for you

This was my first ever visit and now One of my new favorite in Chicago suburb area. Great Mediterranean food very friendly service and affordable. The ambiance takes you to somewhere in Arabia lands. The spices and aroma isnt like anything else . Will definitely visit again it s worth every dollar.

Not good considering how long waiting for table and no one came told us whether how far or closer to get our table. The gave us my 5 kids and I a table of 4 people.

Grew up in this ever changing area , this place has great food , fresh ,and healthy, several vegatian options , they hand make the lamb meat which is wonderful.
They also dress the part, from Jerusalem, to any place mid East..
Very helpful stuff for our 1st time, explain the menu,, beautiful inside very authentic decor...if u know me ,u know I would not steer u wrong. It's on 87th and Harlem where old taco Bell was.

First, the smells are intoxicating. The food is delicious and flavorful. The service is attentive but not intrusive. I highly recommend trying this place.

Good food A+. The only problem it is always so busy. I think because it was featured on Check Please it became super busy. I wish they could expand the seating area. There is always a wait when we go. Excellent food and service!

Lady server was rude when enquired about sesame as my daughter is allergic.

The waitress was literally slow, she brought out the tea cups and tea and EVERY cup had dried hummus stains on them. We ordered hummus she never brought it out and she got 2 orders wrong in our group.

The food is really flavorful, the service is great, and the place is very family cozy. Everything from the pita and hummus, served as a welcoming snack, to the Basa entree was good. Important thing to keep in mind...the servings are pretty big and everything can most definitely be shared. My person and I ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees and we had a lot of leftovers even after sharing our appetizer with a family sitting next to us.

Best middle eastern food of the United States. I tried so many places but this place has no match in quality and authentic food.

The food is really delicious and the whole restaurant is bustling and a hidden gem in the area. The waitresses are gorgeous too...not that it really matters buuuut yeah they are attractive. Go for the food and sites and enjoy some good coffee.

Nice ambience but the food is not all today great. It's good food but not great. Our waiteress Aisha was really nice and took good care of us.

Its amazing restaurants for Arabic food and Middle East and the price very good i hope everyone come to chicago visit them to enjoy i love it
