Al Ain Rotana Review

You know how they say OLD IS GOLD ? Rotana Alain is definitely old yet definitely gold . The sense of convenience and comfort here are just beautiful. The employees at the welcoming reception are not as gentle nor warm in their greetings and customer service, but the cafe at the lobby is flawless ! Excellent service and goods . The buffet for lunch was amazing ! And the party-events manager madam Amira is a wonderful human ! She promised us excellency and she indeed delivered. Pricing in here is perfect.

The Seafood open buffet on Wednesday is a MUST.. Amazing experience..

Everything excellent and one of the most welcoming and cooeprative staff. Deducted 1 star due to following reasons:-
1. Minibar in the rooms contain items which ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY. I used some items after reaching in room and later on, had to pay for them. The notice for such is placed in a folded paper behind the minibar. No staff member tells you this in advance.

2. Muslim shower was not installed in washroom. Although they installed that after request but that was just a pipe. Not the typical which is used commonly.

3. No microwave in room.

Al Ain Rotana, a home away from home, got to experience waking up to the beautiful view of an enchanting garden and start the day with a swim in their private pool.

They have excellent quality services that meets international standards, well trained and very nice staffs, it's worth the travel from Dubai.
A fun and well spent weekend vacation.

Calm and nice hotel, room are not very clean like Rotana standard, but for a Family the option of a 2 bedroom villa is good, they have 2 stories upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and downstairs a living room with a restroom and a closed car garage

One of the great place to relax with. Our family enjoyed our stay here. It has homey ambiance with a very nice swimming pools.

Good place. Was offered an upgrade and ended up with a big suite with no view.
Had to change to my original selection. Everyone needs to understand that bigger doesn't always mean better. We create memories not value size. Anyway overall was a good experience. Loved the staff and customer service

Hotel is good in terms of rooms and dining and location but for the same price you can get much better hotels in Dubai
Also shower pressure is not great and bathrooms have no shattaf

Rotana Hotel goes beyond definition and my comment will not increase anything. Last visit was yesterday for breakfast at a very sophisticated buffet. I like this hotel with its attention and cleanness and focus on the little things that some people do not throw away. Thanks to Rutana Al Ain

old fashion hotel there was no water sprinkler (shattaf) in bathroom but to be honest they have the best food in zest restaurant.

Food and drinks were over priced. 28aed for a coke.....seriously.....also the pool staff were very rude....asked them to hand me a towel....he said he couldn't cause of covid, I said please im watching my toddler in the baby pool, again he said no, I then said I understand with covid u can't hand it to me but please at least help me out. He replied if u have a problem fine then complain.

I believe this is the best hotel in AlAin!
It is more as resort to a hotel.
Well located near the city center.
Very affordable price of course off the season.
Plenty of parking outdoor and underground.
Some rooms has amazing view overlooking AlJahili Park as the attached picture.

Some rooms are outdated and need to be renewed.

Clean room, spacious. Very helpful staff.
Breakfast options are plenty but average tasting.

Would recommend for a short staycation in Al Ain

Very disappointed for giving me a smoking room. I really think its wrong for Lyseth to give a smoking room despite of my request of non-smoking., she told me thr is no other room available. Not giving me option is very wrong. I always stay in rotana al ain and its nice here but im just super disappointed that i have to write my reviews here.

Facilities were good,but the service was poor,not planned and they were lazy in doing their work.The swimming pool was great fun.Their table tennis table is broken.
