I recently had an experience with this limousine service, and I felt it fell short of my expectations. 🚗 The booking process was a bit confusing, and when the vehicle arrived, it didn’t seem as clean or well-maintained as I had hoped.

The driver was polite, but the ride lacked the smooth and luxurious feel I anticipated. It didn’t quite deliver on the glitzy experience promised. 🚫 I believe there’s definite room for improvement, particularly in the vehicle upkeep and customer communication.

Overall, I expected more from my experience.
