👍 I recently came across the website and decided to give it a try. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I liked the range of products they offered. However, I was a little disappointed with the customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my queries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. The product I ordered arrived on time, but the packaging could have been better as it was slightly damaged. The quality of the product itself was decent, but not outstanding. I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and packaging. Despite these setbacks, I appreciate their effort in delivering the product on time. I might consider ordering from them again in the future, but I hope they work on addressing these areas of improvement.
