Shannon the Finance Manager was unbelievable. She made sure that I received the vehicle I wanted. She worked around the finances so I would get that vehicle without adding any more $$ to my existing payments. I had an issue after leaving the yard and ended up with a nail in the side of the tire. I came back and Shannon made sure everything was covered and no extra $$ where spent. I have already recommended my sister to see Shannon and Kelly in the near future for a new car. This dealership offers a really positive overall experience. Jeff seemed to know what my next question was going to be and had all the info I needed on the car I purchased from him. Adam (General Sales Mgr) was the first contact I had when I initially walked in the door. Even though I thought he would be too busy to even notice I walked in it was the complete opposite - he welcomed me to the store and introduced me to Jeff immediately to start the process. Awesome customer service! Adam also made completing the purchase simple and both he and Jeff were helpful and friendly at all times. I would buy another vehicle from both of them again with no hesitation. Have to mention Sarah and Annie who both took part in processing and completing the purchase, very professional and helpful as well. Ajax Nissan is a great place to shop.

Went for a complimentary oil change after 6 months(which was provided during the sale) and the service was subtle and quick. Pedro, my service advisor, went beyond in making sure i can get the car back quick and he even fixed my licenses plate which was bent. Thanks Pedro for a great experience.
