Bought a big demo air track (2x4m) in January for my daughter's birthday. During use it turned out that the airtrack struggled to hold the pressure. Tested again after applying a few tips but only quite a bit later. Let Airtrack Factory know that the problem still persists. And to make matters worse, the pump also stopped last weekend.

A phone call was enough. They are perfectly accessible and take all the time for you. And to our great surprise almost immediately offered to replace the purchased air track with a new one! The amount paid by us was settled 1op1 with the new air track and we actually had to pay an additional amount, but that was given to us for the inconvenience. How wonderfully nice!
