I loved the ambiance of the Airtel office. Beautiful place to work

Good and serene environment, situated in a very security conscious island. Comprises 8 floors and a pent floor, 2 underground floors

Always available for data, not sure of the voice call.

Best network in Nigeria!....never had another line since gsm came and no regrets

Airtel Place, Banana Island is a very fine building with a beautiful reception and sea side view. I particularly like the big plasma TV's they have repeating all their adverts.

State of the art location but quite choked up. There's no space for anything

Great place, if you don't have an appointment, there is no business going there. Good parking spaces too. But I think there should be disability rails.

Firstly, I was part of the construction team that built the Airtel Banana Island structure; and secondly, I use Airtel line that never fails in calls, data availability and cost.

This is the head office of Airtel Nigeria. Airtel provides telecommunication services in Nigeria. Their office is located in Ikoyi.

Airtel do not deserve any star at all from me due to my personal experience with them. They render woeful service, customer treatment is shabby, customer complaints are not handled properly they try to cover up by frustrating you so that you can stop following up on your complaints and if you do not take things lightly with them in the bid to fight for your right, they first of all block you from accessing the call agents so that when you call all what you will be hearing is "all our agents are currently busy" and by the time they get to know that conversations you have with them are automatically recorded on your phone for record purposes to refer to when the need arises, the next thing they do is to remove your line from having access to dialing 9 which connects you with the call agents. I do not know the reason why they are scared when they do not have any skeleton in their cupboard or covering something up.
When you call Airtel s customer care line, you will be told that all calls are being recorded but the minute they get to know that your phone records your conversation with them that could be used against them, they block your line from accessing the call agents.
Kindly beware of Airtel when reporting a recharge card that refused to load; I have a bad experience with them.

It is my advice that when we also call all the network s call agents, we should try recording our conversation especially when reporting a recharge card that refused to load, they end up turning the table against you to frustrate you.

It's in a good neighborhood. They don't serve tea, coffee or even water.

Give it to the Management and staff, the office remains same in cleanliness and the front office staff are welcoming.

I have a problem with their service for more than two months now it has not been resolved . also it next to impossible to see anybody to talk to at their headoffice when your problem cannot be resolved at their scattered branch

It's an Airtel office where swap and son registrations can be done.

This is a sight to behold. The structure is mind blowing. The parking space is big enough to accommodate many cars. Gaining access to this place is strictly by invitation. The security men here are well positioned. Nice place!

Airtel HQ. Visitors allowed into the Airtel HQ upon appointment only. Also the HQ has a walk-in Shop for Airtel customers complaint resolution where service agents are on ground to respond to any queries.

This Nigerian firm offers internet network services etc
