Airtel do not deserve any star at all from me due to my personal experience with them. They render woeful service, customer treatment is shabby, customer complaints are not handled properly they try to cover up by frustrating you so that you can stop following up on your complaints and if you do not take things lightly with them in the bid to fight for your right, they first of all block you from accessing the call agents so that when you call all what you will be hearing is "all our agents are currently busy" and by the time they get to know that conversations you have with them are automatically recorded on your phone for record purposes to refer to when the need arises, the next thing they do is to remove your line from having access to dialing 9 which connects you with the call agents. I do not know the reason why they are scared when they do not have any skeleton in their cupboard or covering something up. When you call Airtel s customer care line, you will be told that all calls are being recorded but the minute they get to know that your phone records your conversation with them that could be used against them, they block your line from accessing the call agents. Kindly beware of Airtel when reporting a recharge card that refused to load; I have a bad experience with them. It is my advice that when we also call all the network s call agents, we should try recording our conversation especially when reporting a recharge card that refused to load, they end up turning the table against you to frustrate you.
