I only pass the front of this place ooo, and it was beautiful and magnificent building to behold

If you're working for a rideshare avoid banana Island

Terrible customer service. I do not understand how a mobile telecommunications company would not provide its customers an avenue to speak directly to an assistant. Neither can I understand how processes cannot be implemented to resolve issues remotely rather than expecting customers to trawl all the way to the office locations.

My sim card stopped working suddenly and since the customer service was unreachable by phone I had to go to the Airtel office at Tejuosho on Saturday Dec 16 to fill out some forms but was then told a sim swap could only be done at the Surulere office. Got there, a new sim was issued and I was told it would be up and running by 12noon on Monday. Well today is Tuesday and the sim is yet to work, even worse the attendant at the Surulere office has refused to pick up his calls since Monday when we called to inform him the sim was still not working. Such a shame that customer service could be this awful.

The customer service representative was friendly and polite. Their service and management process in answering to my request was okay.

Eye catching edifice...befitting of a head office for a multinational organisation. The front desk officers were professional and courteous.

A beautiful architectural display in the most expensive location in Lagos, Nigeria

Located in a serene environment inside Banana Island, good view, tight security, lovely place to be. The building contain a canteen where you can get good food. The staff are happy.

I love it,because of it's conducive environment conditions.

Fantastic building located at the heart of Banana island.

Airtel head office, located in this sprawling magnificent building is a sight to behold. Adorned with plush surroundings and green areas. The water view of the Lagos lagoon adds to the cozy environment. Good accessibility into the building with clearly marked exits, but there is need for the car park to be extended. Well trained customer care staff will welcome and usher you in with a smile.

I like their customer service. It's cool and they attend to you with respect.

It's easily accessible when driving and there's sufficient parking space. The retail service is for those within that office building.

Lovely atmosphere and people.This is the Head Quarters of Airtel Nigeria occupying like half of the entire building. Administration goes on here. While this is the HQ, there is an airtel store at the reception that take care of customer complains, activation of lines and then some. Service there is commendable.

The view of the ocean from the floors is therapeutic and just beautiful. You can sight sunset over the water. There is a restaurant at the back by the ocean. Lovely.

Airtel is the pioneer global satelite mobile communications provider in Nigeria. Started out as Econet wireless and has gone through several ownership and name changes before settling for its current name ... Airtel Nigeria. Some of its former names are.. Vodacom, V Mobile and Zain. At one time, some Nigerian state government had controlling shares but not anymore.

I went on Dec 28 and the place it's closed since pandemic, even the phone lines are switch off

Using Google map to locate, it's a pleasant experience and the place is awesome
