I broke one of the schrader valves on the air bag kit I installed over two years ago. A quick call and one is on the way no charge. Nice courteous customer service rep.

Contacted Airlift by Email about a compressor for my Airlift system. The compressor was Just at the 2 year warranty end as it stopped working, with covid 19 it took them some time to get back to me (as stated in their email)if I had my proof of purchase they would send me a new compressor. I managed to find a copy of my receipt and sent it to them, once they received it they sent me out a compressor right away to Canada. It took about a week to get but I wasn't In a hurry for it, installed it today and works perfectly. I'm very happy with the customer service even during this pandemic. I will definitely purchase any future air lift systems from the AirLift company.

Outstanding customer service. I bought my truck used with a set of Air Lift bags that had been on there for about 10 years and were dry rotted. I emailed them about it and they had a new set at my door less than a week later covered by warranty. Their bags are very sturdy and well built... they work very well and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wanted to give props where props needs to be given. Austin at Airlift was nothing but helpful. He assisted me in having a manifold be overnighted and understood that I really needed the part. He went out and beyond to help me and I say thank you for that. I will be sure to look into the Flo tanks for my Pandem v3 brz. Thanks to Austin and the AIRLFT team!!

Outstanding products and customer service. Truck drives way better when towing and no longer have my lights blinding oncoming traffic as I can return the truck to the standard stance even when loaded.

Had small issue with one part and they quickly sent replacement part and I had it in hand next day.

Don't be fooled at the good reviews. I had a Loadlifter 5000 & WirelessAir system installed less then two months ago and it quit working. Error codes with some erratic inflating / deflating and then it totally quit. I have been trying to contact Airlift and that is a joke. I have emailed, phoned and left messages and no response.

We would love to say how this product works if we could install it! We received the box damaged, missing parts and well after the expected delivery date.
We have tried for several days to get in touch with someone at the company only to receive the same recording that the technical service reps are attending training and to try back in an hour. This has been the case for days!!
Customer service is lacking greatly and can t speak for the product without all the parts. Very disappointed!

Would love to say they have a great product but sadly I have been unable to purchase any items because they have not returned any of my emails going back to 2019 totaling 7 emails. And considering I m looking for some answers as to lift extensions and tanks and compressor selection for added six air connection I was looking for quite a few products.

I purchased and air bag is leaking was told that they would send out a replacement a week ago and still have not received this was purchased for the front of my excursion because of plow. I m now going to put springs in since this is a failure

I installed the Loadlifter 5000 on my truck and the ride has suffered substantially. I have been trying to call Air Lift for the past 3 months with minimum 10 calls. They called me back once and has not returned any of my other calls. The call I did get was from the 5th call. I unfortunately missed that call since I was at work. Now again, I cant get a call back. Very frustrating not being able to get any help for the prices they charge for their parts. Less expensive systems out there I could have chose. Help with the issue on my truck would be extremely appreciated!!
