As always a really well organized event in great surroundings, ample parking for vehicles of all sizes, greatly improved cafe upstairs and because this was a HOYS experience event loads of fab shopping!!

Tick off my bucket list but wount rush back. Hoards of people, many well "oiled". Queues for everything, over priced drink, food. Toilet waits +++ Rubbish, plastic cups scattered around. Could not see the race course.
The racetrack where the Grand National, the world's toughest horse racing obstacle race, is held. You can visit the course before the race. The actual obstacles are impressive enough to be seen up close.
Grand National Day has a dress code. Shorts and sandals are NG.
Full of orange Chester Cats big eye brows high heel shoes looking in vain for vanity jockey to rustle up on for out of the Zoo Course nice to walk round follow main road down back road behind golf course behind canal Finish at hotel.
Excellent Place to watch horse racing . The parking is free and easy to get in and out of the course. The facilities are really good. The bar is reasonable for a race course & a short walk from the Merseyrail station which also has free parking

Went to see Madness here and the venue was great! Loads of bars and food outlets and plenty of rest rooms. Train station across the road too so getting home was easy. Brilliant place for a gig.
Had a fabulous day with my 2 daughter's at there first ever race meeting.... Natalie and nicola... natalie had first 2 winners.....lots of entertainment goin on besides the racing... we all had a great time
Big... plenty of viewing places for racing. Cumbersome as a conference centre as there is trekking between bars in different buildings for different activities
Went here for the Home Bargains family festival and it was one of the best days me and my girlfriend had ever. The atmosphere of Aintree is amazing and would love to go on grand national day. The sights through the helicopter was wonderful too. Finally a huge thumbs up for TJ Morris for putting such a spectacular event on.
Had our wedding there and the place was amazing, the staff were brilliant from the initial booking to the day itself. The food, the Princess Royal Suite and the quality of service from all of the Aintree team were top notch. If you've a big occasion planned you should seriously check this place out. You won't be disappointed !!!!!
I had a amazing time at ascot I will be coming back next year for the grand national an ladies day, it was a lovely day, I just wish the food was a bit cheaper
Amazing day, watching the Grand national. Pro tips: *Dress smart *Arrive early *Bring cash *Ladies bring a set of slip ons**** flip flops ***** *7 entries so dont just que at main entrance *Tip bar staff to get served quickly *Have fun, its not all about winning the bets
Far to busy on Saturday this is an event for rich people as they can afford to pay the boxes and grand stands as far as the main event went it was just rammed and their could of of been another Hillsborough type disaster their. it's was a almost half wait for a No1 and half our wait for no 2 and even longer wait for a drink .other than that the girls were fit as f*"k everywhere so if you didn't want a watch the the horse's there was plenty big eye candy everywhere will never go their again a total waste of money if your not into horse's. the police also didn't look to concerned either that there could of been a crush on even had to address them to raise concern and they really couldn't be botherd again it was take as much money as possible from tickets sales and not deliver on satisfaction will never go again it was an hell hole
The day was great with no problems whatsoever even though I didn't get a winner all day. The price of food and drink is very expensive which unfortunately seems to be the norm at the big venues
This was my 41st visit to the Grand National which is an event that I look forward to all year. There are other big racing festivals with superb racing provided, but to me the National has a mystery and intrigue about it unlike any other race. For the second year in a row, the weather Gods smiled kindly on Aintree and this made the day even more enjoyable. Let us get this straight, if you do not like crowds and the associated hurly burly, then Aintree is NOT for you..I had a rooftop ticket which afforded me with excellent, panoramic views of the racecourse. Most of the race goers have sight also of a large screen which shows the racing.Tickets are not cheap and food and drink are expensive. But, having said that, it needs to be remembered that there is only one Aintree National each year and it is an incredible spectacle.Facilities are decent too, there are countless food and drink outlets and also a lot of Totepool and other betting facilities. I did find the stairs up to the roof quite challenging and I will have to think about getting lower level tickets or go to a stand with a lift facility next year.
