Holding an event in here and rooms are nice however the corridors are tiny

My dream come true very polite people they tried to get a wheel chair for me but was unable but just loved the whole day

Lovely place to go to especially for the Grand National

Cracking night, we watched Madness; good atmosphere, good crowd, pleasant staff.

Went on national day in the festival zone I go almost every year. Over the last 2 years the zone tickets have been over sold. It did used to be a good experience not any more. I won't be going to the festival zone ever again. The bars are over crowded and over priced and the queues for the ladies is beyond ridiculous. People pushing and fighting and arguing also people standing infront of you doing drugs is not what you really want to be seeing.

Went for a function. Great place amazing views and the buffet was divine!

Fun day/ evening out. Pricey drinks and food as you would expect

Liverpool at it's best home of the Grand National we went to the Thursday meeting A great day out 2 winners .Bar staff great didn't have yo wait to be served we were in Tatts so it was busy food on sale top quality toilets no queuing and serviced all day all in all A great day out on a spectacular Race Course.

Brilliant experience for the kids driving a real car.

Fabulous. Everyone should have this on their bucket list.

Plenty to get involved in if you like your horse racing and their other activities are always something to remember.

Attended the Grand National and it was well organised.

Overpriced drinks but did get to see the Lightning Seeds so that bit was good

Had a brilliant day, lost money but that's too be expected.

Management Unable to cope or provide shelter in heavy rain. Left early after 3rd race. Queen Mother bar had no TV so could not see the races.
Racing excellent but check weather forecast if u have a standard ticket. .

My 40th grand national festival was as good as ever with a brilliant winner tiger only fault as at all racecourses food n drink very expensive

Went for work, has many stairs that were hard work due to been hungover to bits!

Amazing place, came here for a conference rather than races, and it was superb, best conference location I have been to.

A brilliant weekend at the races a must visit place should be added to your bucket list

Great day at national go every year toilet facilities need improving in equestrian center why is beer 5.10 needs sorting aintree

Not only do they do the British Grand National but other shows too check for dates before visiting.
Cleaning company the worst in the land. But staff very friendly

Always the highlight of the year. Cant beat getting all dressed up for ladies day. Treated like a princess in hospitality...oh&the racing's exciting too!!

Not my favourite race track but it is historic. Personally unless I have a horse racing I will watch on TV. Because the view isn't the greatest.

Went here for the national and had a ball. Obviously it was heaving and the only criticism I have is the pure volume of people versus the facilities available lead to a scrum between races to get to the bar or the toilet or both if you got a good run.

Sat on a cold evening in the resturant near the window prime seats but that cold we have to move staff not very accomodating and generally made us want to leave as we could stood outside and been warmer. If you book a table book near the bar as only place with heating.
