The "accountant" was rude to me and my husband. He said COVID wasn't a serious issue and then proceeded to call us unprepared after refusing to look at our documents. The man didn't have a computer or any of the things you would expect a contemporary accountant to have at their desk. I would not do business with these folks, spend your money with a more reputable accounting firm.
When I first started with the company, I was getting cancer treatments. They worked with me when I could go in and negotiated a payment plan for the accountants fees as well as helping me untangle my delayed tax return. The second time I was there, an autistic man in distress came in asking for help getting to his destination. He was lost. They called him a taxi and paid for it.
I definitely prefer working with compassionate independent accountants rather than big business firms or faceless computer technicians.
