Sinking ship.. Started giving letters to technical team about running in loss.Some departments may close down by this year end.
Pathetic payroll department and HR department. If you leave the company in an emergency case then they ask for visa fees and threaten you. They keep your passport which is against Bahrain labour law. If you put a resignation then they will treat you as culprit. I asked for a relieving letter from HR after coming to India but they didn t respond even they haven t done my full and final settlement when I left the company because my salary was in surplus when I put the resignation. Don t join this company.
on time salary (don't expect increments)rest worst ,policy differs employee to employee Terrible HR. Employee has to work like sales men, Dont join this company its better to be at our own country then to be in trouble in Bahrain
Staff is very nice, but the place is sutable for custmers, its very far from bahrain business centers like Seef and Manama, its veru difficult to get park their
Avg company to work pros: 1.on time salary ,2.good for freshers cons: 1.company keeps employee passport,without manager approvals it is difficult to get your passport even in case of emergency. 2.long working hours(7:30 am to 5 pm) office location is far from city 9:30 hours office +1 hour travelling=10:30 hours 3.80 BD deduction for transport allowance and 15 BD for Phone applicable for all employees 4.no increment policy,first increment will be after three years that to max 2 to 3 % of your basic salary 5.as per company policy employee eligible for cheaper flight options only. employee has to pay additional chargers for direct flights. 6.poor management and don't give good salary,All 5 star rating reviews are written by Key Management people themself.
