cons: 1.company keeps employee passport,without manager approvals it is difficult to get your passport even in case of emergency.
2.long working hours(7:30 am to 5 pm) office location is far from city
9:30 hours office +1 hour travelling=10:30 hours
3.80 BD deduction for transport allowance and 15 BD for Phone applicable for all employees
4.no increment policy,first increment will be after three years that to max 2 to 3 % of your basic salary
5.as per company policy employee eligible for cheaper flight options only.
employee has to pay additional chargers for direct flights.
6.poor management and don't give good salary,All 5 star rating reviews are written by Key Management people themself.
