Fraud company, they sell cheapest flat without RERA approval and land agreement. They buy cheapest land which is under dispute. They build project from customer money, they don't take loan from bank. Their projects almost five to ten years delayed without quality. Daffodil City is under land dispute. Please don't invest in their projects, it's my humbly request. They aren't returning my money. Requested, all of you to like my comments and viral in all social media. If you think that I am telling lie, than please visit RERA Website complaint status for fraud cases, max complaint filed against him. Their logans is not CHEAPEST BIHAR, but CHEAT BIHAR. They are biggest fraud company in Patna . They took money from customers and never start their on time . Their agents are biggest fraud aster . Agrani builders are biggest fraud company don't come in trap of agrani . They will never refund your money on time if u change your mind . Experience is pathetic and still I have not received my full money.

When the land of Angel-1C block is also not yours and there is no permissions, you made a one-time booking by showing false paper. I withdrew the entire comment because of your saying. I have booked a flat in Yamuna Enclave, Saguna more in March 2019. Possession date is Feb,2021. However, till now a single bit of work has not been done. Every phone number has been switched off, office is locked. Dont buy from this builder. I think i have been cheated. They will have to return my hard earned money.

This is the biggest fraud company of BIHAR. I have booked my flat in his P.G Town project and my friend has booked Plot in his Crystal Avenue Project. We both have paid 1600000/- (Sixteen lacks rupees) including Cash. I have cancelled my both of booking in 2018. But company hasn't returned my money to till date.
The person who booked my flat has resigned from the company.
All directors has absconded from Patna. No one is responding either on phone or mail. Only few cheaters are sitting in his Buddha Colony Branch. But they're also not responding properly .

I have booked one time payment 2017 , in PG town , and till now work not started. I apply for cancellation still not refunede. We are suffering a lot . Please take serious and refund our full money with compensation
