Food lacks both quality and quantity..pathetic service..very bad experience..not recommended

Such a good hotel with amazing cuisine.. they're pool side is pretty chill too.. very courteous staff.. it was very relaxing here

Ramada is really far from agra as compared to other Properties but it is amazing place to visit.

Best place to stay during off season. First hotel as soon as you enter main Agra city. Room service, good, staff behaviour are the key factors which makes this place worth remembering

The quality of the accommodation is acceptable, and there is room for improvement in the content of the meal.

One need to ask twice for one job but quite corporative staff. Admin need to understand the requirements of guests otherwise staff does not take time to respond. Tasty food with variety, free space for kids, Overhaul great place.

Nice hotel with comfortably priced rooms...food is tasty but a. Little pricey....bottle of water is very costly at 2oo rupees...rest stay was nice..quiet...clean surroundings and overall quite a good stay.

Our stay at Ramada Plaza was very good. The rooms are comfortable and have ample facilities. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Food is delicious and the buffet has many options to choose from. Location is very convenient if you are coming from Noida expressway. Overall the stay was fantastic. Recommended to everyone who is visiting Agra.

Dull ambience inside the hotel lobby. Not a vibrant place

They charge you in your currency with will be much more expense for you and then they lie to you.
I had two long discussions with the manager about it but they said I paid in rupees, not true.
Be careful!

1. Electronic key was not accessible, hence it took 30 mins to enter the room, after replacing the keys.

2. Electric kettle was broken, Green tea was not provided in complimentary tea stuffs. It took almost couple of hours to have a cup of tea, after entering room.

3. Booked hotel for a family members of fours, however sufficient bedding were not been provided. Neither Ramada authority were willing to cancel the booking.

4. It took couples of hours to get luggage at room from the car. Menu cards we're dirty.

5. In my opinion, Ramada is not at all interested in boarding Indian citizens at the hotel, rather running after foreigners.

6. This hotel must be rated as 3 .

Worst management of bathroom. They gave us bathroom without checking flush was not working and hot water was not coming, almost toke one hour to sort it out.

Nice place to live it has less populated area and sufficient market area to have good things to buy

There are very beautiful (good) hotels.
Khan is also good. Hotel staff members' room services are also fast. Parking lot arrangement is also good.

Amazing place, 6 services, just down Yamuna expressway. Out from city traffic.
Taj Mahal is like 7 km from here. You can see Taj Mahal from upper floors. In the morning it is more visible.

Ambience and food quality is super good. Staff is well trained and friendly. It's children friendly and a nice place to stay with your friends or family.

Excellent hotel and services. The pool allows you to relax after visiting the taj mahal and the Indian restaurant is delicious as the welcome was warm.

They use ingredients from their own farm to make delicious food one can get the total mughlai vibes there and the pool side area was beautiful indeed those lightings and soft music will make your day!!

Hands down Ramada plaza!!

Hotel Lawn area is very beautiful full of greenery and their fountains looks nyc and hotel staff was very courteous .Many foreginers stay in this hotel.The hotel is located near about 2.5 km from Taj Mahal.Hotel is valued for money.Breakfast has good varieties and the services is too good. Rooms are beautiful and well furnished .Beds are very comfortable .Surely had @ very Nice time and would definately recommend to all.
