Good hotel for middle class. Staff behaviour is good not excellent.

Property is good, service is also very good..this was my second stay at this hotel overall very good experience

Very nice place to stay, very courteous staff, a little far from town or the Taj Mahal. Nice breakfast.

It's just a hotel like another hotel, with much better bed and pillows. Lol

It's really decent hotel with very very aggressive pricing. For its price it's probably best value for money. Its easy to locate and one can see it clearly while getting off Delhi Agra expressway.
It has ample parking for guests and valet parking particularly added to extra comfort. We were 4 adults with 1 kids so opted for an interconnected room. Rooms were decent sized and in-room accessories were nice. Full length glass window have good outside view with swimming pool below. Mini bar was empty but I like it that way otherwise I end up accumulating surprize big bill at checkout.
Food was good but prices were bit pinching.

Overall I would say that after completing my 1st day at this hotel went well and am sure with few more days to go I'll have more good words to add.

Good room but restaurant is too small for size of hotel, menu choice limited

Hotel is located near the delhi yamuna expressway. Rooms are big and sufficient for family of 4. Food quality also good, but surprisingly very expensive !

Worst hospitality services i have ever seen in my life. Took more than 2 hours for check-in formalities.... pathetic staff behaviour.

Very Disappointed Stay. Being Such a reputed brand, services were not to that level. I have booked the place about 15 days ago and have made few request but not a single was done. Even staff was not aware of it. Breakfast was having variety but with no taste.

Good ambience .good service .good food. nice place to party .banquet hall is big and able to handle decent crowd .

Pros : best systematic hotel; even I didn't feel such systematic aura in Mumbai in average pricing hotels , neet clean and welcoming staff.
Con : Location far from city , ( no city noise)

At the end of Agra outer ring road. But worst part to reach there either you have to pay toll 35 repuee or took long to reach from agar city locally road. Very nice hospitality nd services

The room size is considerably nice and spacious. Cleanliness wise the standard is ok, not too good, not bad. The upholstery needs a rehaul though. And the room service was very slow, not sure though if it was the pandemic. Quite a room for improvement. Location is in their favour, hence the 3 stars.

This place is very good and staff are very good and obditently

If u are looking for a perfect holiday in Agra this is the hotel to be. Around 5 km from Taj but this place has everything perfect.

This place mmmm beautiful.And fast service.and so many facilities in this hotel..
But those people are don't want to waste their money don't come......

We stayed here as part of the package for our Golden Triangle Tour. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and good customer service. The hotel is nice and modern for a stay in Agra while visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra. I have to give a shout-out to the team that served the breakfast buffet. They provided us excellent service and ensured that we had a lovely breakfast.
When we needed anything in the room, someone was sent up to attend to us for even the tiniest things. All in all, I remember this hotel most for great customer service. Great Job!!
