1. Electronic key was not accessible, hence it to...

1. Electronic key was not accessible, hence it took 30 mins to enter the room, after replacing the keys.

2. Electric kettle was broken, Green tea was not provided in complimentary tea stuffs. It took almost couple of hours to have a cup of tea, after entering room.

3. Booked hotel for a family members of fours, however sufficient bedding were not been provided. Neither Ramada authority were willing to cancel the booking.

4. It took couples of hours to get luggage at room from the car. Menu cards we're dirty.

5. In my opinion, Ramada is not at all interested in boarding Indian citizens at the hotel, rather running after foreigners.

6. This hotel must be rated as 3 .
