I have been an agent with this referral service for many years. Until recently I have not has any issues. However I recently got a referral from another referral service. And had already established a working relationship with the client. When I informed Referral exchange. It fell on deaf ears.. They informed me that even though I had proved to them this was an existing client. They were demanding a referral fee. Or there would be legal action. Not a good business policy. So agents beware!
