The company's website is easy to navigate and presents information in a clear and organized manner. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I reached out for assistance, it took an unusually long time to receive a response and the staff seemed uninformed about basic inquiries. Additionally, the pricing structure was not transparent, leaving me feeling unsure about the value for the money I was spending. Despite these shortcomings, Agent Inbox did provide a decent product. The platform was helpful for managing my inbox and keeping track of important messages. Overall, while I would rate the company as average, there is definitely room for improvement in their communication and customer support.
