I am truly enjoying working here! I get to work with amazing people, and the management team here is really great. I am the receptionist at the Front Desk, when you come in for an interview, be sure to say Hi!

I worked here and was shocked by how poorly managed it was. My "coach" was beyond inept. He was never present to officiate any of the necessary coaching. at its worst he only showed up to work for 2 hours one week. While this was going on he would penalize us for being a few minutes late back from lunches or breaks, while when he DID show up he would be absent almost the entire day and he would say hi and then disappear . Also I had my paychecks withheld for over a month and only received a fraction of the "back pay" that I had earned. It took over a month for these people and hundreds of emails to get me the money I had earned. Once gared quit I was placed on a coaches team that was on vacation for the next two weeks. Overall shocking incompetence and measly pay (that I havent even received the full amount of).

I m really impressed with this companies hiring process. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are interviewing and hiring people while following the correct protocols. I m most impressed with how fast the hiring process was. Because of the pandemic me and my husband lost the majority of our work hours. It was important for us to find new jobs as soon as possible. My husband filled out an application, was interviewed, and offered a job within two days. It was great and perfect for us. Because of how quick, easy and professional it was for him I ended up applying as well. I am only on my third day working at Sykes, but they definitely get 5 stars for their hiring process!

This is my first call center job and I absolutely love it here. The people are wonderful management really care about you and desire for you to succeed. If you are looking for a job I would definitely apply.

Sykes is a good place to work, they can be flexible on the schedule, they give good bonuses, but what make this place a good place is the excellent work environment, the people here usually is chill and it really help to have a good environment. I recommend.

i was having symptoms of pneumonia (i eventually was diagnosed with pneumonia) and having a hard time breathing, i talked to my coach and manager and they said theres no paid time off and no volunteer time off and said if i leave to go to the doctors my employment would be "under investigation" they dont care about you and dont care if you even die on the job, they'll let it happen. tragic.

Sykes is awesome, work is work of course but there are a lot of welcoming people there. And the team leads and managers always do their best to take care of their agents!

I ve been working at Sykes for 3 months and love it! They have great perks and amazing management. The management team is always having fun events each week and even provide free lunches almost once a week. Great place to work and great hours.

Don't Work Here!!!
This is exactly the same as Frontier Secure/Communications with just a new name. Management in the building is the same... They are terrible.
Don't work here if you have any other choices. If you like dealing with calls and frustrated angry customers this is for you. There is no upward mobility here. They don't run smoothly at all. Sure you may get lots of PTO but don't plan to use it because it won't be approved. I suggest not working here to you once again.

The environment is super friendly! They are quick to make you feel comfortable working there. In just a day, I feel close to all the people I work with. I've loved working here even if it's just a stepping stone temporary job for a year or so it's been absolutely wonderful more so the people I've worked with rather then the actual job itself. I would highly recommend it! It's also been a great way to over come the stutter I used to have before I worked here lol

So far I have throughly enjoyed the atmosphere that SYKES has provided. The team members here are fantastic and so willing to help one another understand the learning processes. This is a great environment to be apart of.

Recently got terminated was going to quit the day after actually. Only problem is SYSTEM ISSUES. Your not able to work efficiently on any day your there. People are amazing though.

This place is horrible they don't pay much at all, your just a number to them and the supervisor are not friendly at all I would never work for this company again, the only great thing I got out of this job was the at home experience, and I'm currently working at home for a better company

Just started and I like it we have a great class and our trainer is nice funny and answer any question we have ,

I really like the company they make it feel more like family then coworkers and bosses. They make the environment fun for you and know you are only human and make mistakes.

Truthfully from a workers point of view sykes is a pretty good company to work for. They support you and your needs and if you re willing to make the effort to let them know what s going on in your life they will help you with getting time off or fitting into a position that s best for you. There may be a couple small negatives like every now and then every toilet is being occupied, or if you leave the parking lot for lunch, you ll probably have to park In another lot further away. But all in all I ve enjoyed working for and with sykes.

This place is awesome to work for. Super supportive and positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this to be the go to for not just a JOB, but also a career.

They would treat you unfairly, and won't let you get promoted at all.

They don't cover all tuition like they state in hiring ads. Tuition reimbursement only covers business/finance related degrees. And you have to work for a minimum 1 year.

Just starting working here and the staff is awesome here! They're always there if you have questions and they make learning about the job really easy, understandable, and even fun.

This is a good company and the pay and benefits are nice. The management is decent, at least as good as other places I've worked. The work is painful, incredibly boring and very tiring unless talking to dozens of new people who don't really care what the problem is and just want a quick fix appeals to you.

There is positive work environment set up by the managers that allows everyone to feel like they are cared about. For my first call center job, it is A LOT better than what I was expecting! I look forward to coming and seeing my coworkers every day

I have loved working here!! I've always said that if I could take my management team from here with me to all my future jobs I would! The customer service role is simple and straight forward, the hours are flexible with school schedules, overall SYKES is the best call center out there!

the coaches pretend they care about you until you make one tiny mistake, then they sit you in an office and grill you for an hour and threaten you with everything in the book.

Easily one of the chillest places I've ever worked at. You get paid to talk to people all day. They give out up to $800 in bonuses each month. I'd highly recommend this place over any other call center out there. Nice and flexible with school schedules.
