Horrible Customer Service. Our brand-new Massey Ferguson tractor caught fire while parked and not running and they will do nothing to help us. They just offered to fix it like nothing ever happened. This was a very big fire that caused smoke damage to the garage where it was parked and we can't get an explanation as to what caused it or a replacement. We have filed complaints with consumer affairs due to lack of responses to our multiple contacts to AGCO. They are making a very unsafe product and do nothing to ensure product quality and safety and the public needs to know about this.

BOUGHT A BRAND NEW MASSEY 1749 LAST AUGUST AND WE HAVE HAD IT TONS OF WORK DONE TO IT EVERY TIME I TURN AROUND IT NEEDS SOMETHING. NOW IT NEEDS A TRANSMISSION IT ONLY HAS 140 HOURS... AND THE AGCO/MASSEY FERGUSON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST BAD BAD BAD...STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM!
