Aftershock

Bought an Aftershock PC. Graphics card died after three weeks. Much sadness. No problem. These things happen. Spoke with Aftershock on Saturday and they replied despite it being the weekend. Got replacement GPU on Tuesday. Fantastic support. Very glad I bought Aftershock. 10/10 will buy two next time.

I have never imagined buying a gaming PC my teenager loves would be easy! Especially with the Aftershock Team working from home, they were still so responsive and helpful over email and phone. Mark was awesome to give his recommendations, tech assistance, and even bent over backwards to ensure my son received the PC in time for his birthday. Received the dream set just a few hours after my purchase! The PC was fast, gorgeous and everything the teenager wanted for his gaming. After-sales service was great too even when I had some noob questions about the cable connections. Mark was quick to respond, personable and very professional. Highly recommended!

Impressed with the customer service and aesthetics of the PC built! After facing some SOD issues, i proceeded to contact Aftershock. The staff (Clement) was really helpful, giving me offline solutions which helped temporarily but eventually my unit needed inspection and possible replacement. The staff help scheduled a fast and efficient delivery to and from their store, it only took less than 3 days for the repair/warranty replacement. It come back well packaged in bubble wrap as seen in the photo. Will definately get from them again in the near future. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent after-sales service from the Aftershock PC team. Prompt action and responses. Reported a case via their website's live chat on 17 May 2021. After verifying required information, the team arranged for courier to deliver laptop to the support team, fixed the issue, and arranged courier to send back the laptop - within the same day and approx. 3-4 hours time frame. Appreciate their support and want to say "Thank you. Please keep up the good work."

First of all, incredibly good service! Jerom, from aftershock, aided me with the configuration of this current rig and even shared his own personal thoughts on some parts. This, to me, shows expertise and knowledge in his field. Thank you so much Jerom! The rig came after a week which is very reasonable if you ask me. All packaged nicely as shown in the photos (i am not a good photographer :P) I am usually skeptical when it comes to buying a built PC but Aftershock really, SHOCKED me. 5/5!

I have used their products for over a year and was looking for a second PC for for work purposes. The platform for ordering is clear and you would know what you are getting. Kudos to the team, Eugene, Amandy and Mark for their prompt responses and willingness to help with any questions/queries. Will definitely recommend.
