A very sanitized area, even during GCQ they operate and they were very sanitary when it comes to their facility and equipments. They even had a shuttle for applicants. And the application process was smooth too!

Don't believe their salary packages cus all of it is a lie. I've tried the process here, took about 6 hrs. in total which is so not worth it just to get the basic offer of only 16k plus 3k allowances considering of my almost 5 years BPO experience. I immediately took it down as the interviewer ( fat tattooed guy who thinks highly of himself ) mentioned that they are only in need of people who'll accept the offer!! Worst recruitment team / experience ever. .

I've been working in this company for 6months. The production floor is not sanitized. There's a bed bug on the chairs, mosquitoes and the best part is a rat roaming around the production floor.

AFNI is located in an old building that used to be owned by Convergys. From computers down to chairs. The place is dirty and rats are running around the production floor, even in their so called diner. CR's are so dirty you have no choice when taking a dump. Think twice before applying to this site.

Afni is a typical call center with strengths and areas that needs to be improved. What really needs improvement is HR. If you can't do it, please delegate it. It's not like the whole site will wait for your shift to start just to get a single document. Consider other employees time. The strength is the axcount itself. It has a stable process, established rules and does not need to be experimented because it is already doing great.

This company of ours will close. Very rotten. Mainly no HMO. Most bpo first day palang may HMO kana dito buwan na lumipas wala pa din. 2nd, losing internet. Hahaha where did you find BPO but no internet? We were moving around the room. From 10th flr to 4th flr every single time. 3rd, low offer. 4, rotten facilities. Rocking chair, there is still a bed bug and the headset looks like only 100 pesos each. Mineski headset is even better. And most of all, No bidet pre ... So run that away!

Very unprofessional Recruitment specially BENS! Worst person ever. Insecure and bias to applicants, downgrading people without knowing their story. I pity this people and the company for hiring such useless and stupid people. Oh! Include Mel who cant even explain such a simple thing. Never waste ur time applying in this company!!!!! It's a big NO NO! Think twice and ask friends before applying!

Applied here yesterday and its worst...I have TSR background for 2 yrs and getting 20k plus incentives in my previous company but the HR staff is insisting to give me 16k plus 3k allowance takevit or leave it, wont even acknowledge my bpo exp plus im financially broken and a bread winner for 2 kids and my wife. I ran the final mock interview with this grunt coach who is very rude and doesnt want to understand that i handled tsr accts not billing or sales, put me on MUTE all the time while im answering theyre questions which i know they are cursing me or making fun of me at the background. After that HR staff approached me told me that i didnt passed the final interview with this coach chen and asked me if i can still wait for another final interview with another coach while im already there so I just agreed for the sake i get a job but HR staff wont still change the offer of 16k plus 3k incentive. The final interview with the another coach is superb and i thank him for how good he handled us.We signed the Job offer and still 16k plus incentive is noted on it and i was profiled for customer sales voice which my first choice is chat support. I wont proceed with this company for it already showed what im going to endure here then, im going to work for a difficult job that ill be earning peanuts wherein 16k plus 3k incentives is not enough to support my wife who is sick and my 2 kids.

This is my second home, the company has competitive salary offer, cool training team, fun working environment and nice people to work with. Payroll is always up to date so no hassle getting payouts. I'm loving my stay here and definitely a company to grow up with.

Good company in terms of location as it's near. I stayed in the company for 4 years due to proximity. Gave it 3 stars due to accident prone basement parking entrance, confusing / unclear guidelines, and some HR staff are unaware of changes resulting to misinformation (based on experience)

One of the worst BPOs in the Philippines. WE travelled all the way from BAtangas because a recruiter kept calling us for interview and assessment. Taking the bus to Alabang and Grab to Commonwealth Quezon City is hell with the terrible traffic! Then, we got there and was told NO high school graduates are accepted! Jesus! We were not advised by the recruiter beforehand but told high school grads are acceptable! What a company with incompetent recruitment department! #nevergain #completewaste of time #utterdissapointment
