Does not have sufficient parking for 4 wheelers. 2 WHEELER parking isn't available inside the premises. Bikes have to be parked on the road however the management takes care of it.

Good place to get an office but parking for your visitor can be a menace, a head ache. Outside parkings are available but usually they are full so be careful about it

Good place for work, traveling little bit difficult

I gone here for a workshop and the service was very bad very bad

No place for car parking if you are willing to take risk of your car get toing than please visit. Weird architecture of this building will amaze you since no stare case goes on all floors. But must say clean and safe building and maintained well.....

Ideally located for companies having work at airport

Marol is far from andheri statiom or ghatkopar station in terms of connectivity. Metro is there but still you wont reach here comfortably.

Also there is no stair case option to reach the IFFCO tokio office. You compulsorily have to use the lift.

Some Future group offices are there some Mahindra. Watch out for elevators only one goes to 6th floor

Many corporate house, view is amazing from the top floor.

Poor facility management
Employees have to park there vehicles outside even though there is enough space for parking inside the premises. But that space is kept vacant just to keep some scrap taken out of office floors.
Most of the times stray dogs are roaming in premises. Happened an incidence of dog bite where more than 6 people working in same facility got injured due to dog bite.
Guards are arrogant and lazy
Weird arrangement of staircase access to 2nd floor and 6th floor
Lifts are useless and unsafe for a use.

Afl house has beautiful offices. The campus is like an oasis in the desert. Lush green and feels close to nature. The 7th floor has a beautiful terrace too. View from the terrace is also amazing specially during sunsets.

Building with office spaces.Near to Marol Naka metro station

Good building management systems, great security and some recreational space.

Many corporate house baseout here. Connectivity to sakinaka marol establiahed hence reachability made easy from sakinaka and marol area.

No parking. Difficult to find. In a extremely crowded location.

Previously it was in Ballard estate and now shifted to marol

Parking is a problem. Building maintenance is good. Alert security.
