I have worked with Affordable Tours for two trips now, one to Ireland and Wales and one to Scotland, with two different tour companies, and my experience has been excellent. The travel agents I have worked with have been professional and thorough, and the process was clear. It is wonderful to get the additional Affordable Tours discount on top of whatever discount the tour company is offering as well. I will definitely use Affordable Tours again for future trips!

I was on the 2016 Amazing Britain Trafalgar tour in October that we booked through Affordable Tours. What an amazing and wonderful experience. Our travel agent Maya answered all our questions in a timely manner and Affordable tours took care of everything and offered us a great price. I am already looking at their 2017 tours. We have used Affordable Tours for trips to Ireland, UK, and Italy using Globus. The trips were trouble free, accommodations were first class, and the itineraries included the best tourist sites. We have referred friends and family to Affordable Tours based on our experience.

The worst experience we have ever had with a travel agent and travel agency. We were traveling internationally, which is always difficult because of language barriers. Jerry, a cruise travel agent NEVER responded and if he did it was because we would bombard with phone calls to managers or have our father (I am 30 years old) our father would have to say he was an attorney which is his occupation but, he never job drops . The cruise got cancelled 3 times and he never directly reached out to us. He would never respond to multiple emails or phone calls. In order to get anything done, we ended up booking on our own.

This is the first google review I have ever done because the experience was so bad. Please do not use affordabletours, especially the cruise agent Jerry.

1ST AND FOREMOST, LET ME SAY THAT WE ARE NOT WEALTHY, BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION...BUT USING AFFORDABLE TOURS AND SEEING EUROPE AS WE HAVE WITH THEIR HELP, THEIR IS NO NEED TO OVER SPEND TO REALIZE YOUR DREAMS. MY WIFE AND I HAVE USED AFFORDABLE TOURS, AND OUR TRAVEL AGENT THERE, TRENNA HOLLOWAY HAS BEEN A ROCK STAR THROUGH OUT OUR TRIPS (5 SO FAR...AND WE LEAVE ON OUR 6TH THIS SEPTEMBER). THIS MAKES A TOTAL OF 16 EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (SOME DOUBLED AND THIS TRIP TRIPLED). I USE A WALKER AND TRENNA HS ALWAYS DONE HER BEST TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEEDS. THE TOUR GUIDES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP, THE BUSES ARE TOP NOTCH, AND THE HOTELS ARE MORE THAN YOU WOULD EXPECT.

I've been using Affordable Tours for many years and for the most part they have been responsive and reliable. I've found them to be very competitive and usually have the best price. Once in awhile their response slows a little, but not too often.
