Staff is extremely rude and cold hearted! Tried for 16 days to get remains back i was told each day that the director was out and to try again the next day.

What a terrible experience! Our sister passed away on 2/4/21 and we hired them to have her cremated. We JUST received her remains today! Extremely poor communication, constantly rescheduling our time to come get her, told us she was cremated on late March and come to find out she was cremated on 2/8! It took us all but 5 minutes to pay and pick her up, absolutely ridiculous! Apparently Ken has been sick, but still we had to constantly reach out to get updates. Never go here again.

Avoid this company like the plague. The way they treated my friend and her husband that died is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgusting.

Completely disgusted with how this place treated me and my family. My Dad passed may 6th he sat in the basement for 3 weeks. I was told different stories everytime I called nothing was done. Today I had my Dad removed from this place. My father is in better hands now! Please do not use this place for anything!!

My mother died in February. Affordable Cremation Solution gave my family a great price and good service. Ken helped us find a nice urn. The State found no violations at this establishment. Considering that during the COVID-19 pandemic everything is slower, Affordable Cremation Solution performed very well. I recommend them.

My mom died on March 27th 2020. ACS did a great job handling her remains. I know it takes time to get the remains back. My mom wasn't the only person to die around that time. So I understand. I'm going to use them when my dad Orman passes too.

Wouldn't recommend this establishment. They are currently under investigation by the State of Maine Attorney Generals Office. They have multiple bodies in their basement, people who have passed 4-5 weeks ago ---- families did not get calls returned... bodies just rotting in the basement... all while the family is wondering what is going on. Shame on this business. If you were going through tough times you should've at-least declined the business, or had someone else come in and handle what you couldn't.

At the end of the day, I guess you get what you pay for...
