Product is just I'm very upset.... I just got this jacket for work has worn it 3 times and my right pocket zipper is split my left pocket is torn on the inside so cant put anything in without it falling right back out...I'm spending 30$ on a poorly made product.

I will give this company a 1 star, but only because 0 stars is not an option. My job uses this company for uniforms and my experience has been nothing but horrible. I have contacted them several times by phone and an order that was placed over a month ago continues to say on backorder. I have sent an email up through my chain of command with my opinion to go a different route on our work uniforms. I don't know how they are still in business. STAY AWAY!
If your business is looking for a uniform supplier DO NOT use these people. I have experience with several different uniform vendors and I would not suggest this company to anyone! Ever. Worst customer service experience ever, product is trash.
Terrible experience. I wish we weren t forced to order from this company. Unanswered email, missing shirt and I had over 400 dollars held my my bank account because somehow I was getting multiple charges applied. Now I keep seeing 24 dollars held but an important piece of my son s uniform has still not been shipped. Very disappointed.
Customer service is beyond abysmal. I was forced to use this company for a job uniform, I had tremendous difficulty with their website not loading. Talked to customer service multiple times, was told "well it works for me" by their reps. Will never shop here again, it is by far one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.
Have been forced to use this place over the years at various companies and their customer service and ability to deliver orders is pathetic. No clue how this clown show is still in business.
If this company depended on the satisfaction of individual customers and didn't have contracts with large employers, they would be under. I've had a "confirmed" order for a few shirts that I need for work for 3 months now. Several times in the past when I've called to check one order, ill be on hold until the call disconnects. I feel bad for their customer service reps, if they do answer the only thing they can tell me is "sorry sir, we moved warehouses recently, everything is on back order" they have to take the brunt of it all when this is clearly a representation of incompetency in leadership all the way to the top.
Unfortunately my company uses Affinity for our uniforms. It s amazing we are not at work naked. I placed an order in June for some winter wear and have yet to receive it. I ve emailed their customer service address twice in the last two weeks, but have never received a response.
