Because it's just okay. Small bathroom, bad lighting, bad mirror situation.

Decent, inexpensive hotel. Very slow elevators, and not many amenities. Bistro has limited hours, so no late breakfasts.

The people were great. Atmosphere was nice. Rooms were ok.

It's a great hotel and the patio area is just gorgeous.

Jimmy the bartender is why this place gets 5 stars from me.

We are staying again tonight. Staff is friendly and our room is in top notch condition. I'm grateful.

Very nice hotel, but it's expensive for what and where it is. Also breakfast isn't included with your $200 room.

Nice and clean, but too much road noise from the highway. Trucks going over the bridge pretty much ruin any possibility of a good night sleep for light sleepers.

Nice place left my Nintendo switch in my room never got it back though

I stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Rye regularly for work, it is conveniently located by the highway, food and shopping, rooms look to be updated and the staff has always been accommodating.

The room here was nice kind of a very small hotel nothing big you had an amazing night it was very comfortable no complaints

Excellent location near 95. The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly. My room was nice, clean and the sheets were very soft!

Best place to stay when visiting Rye and Port Chester NY. Convenient to 287 and I-95 and Rye train station. Lovely interior courtyard to relax. Updated interior last year. Great staff. Starbucks downstairs. Indoor pool. Very nice rooms - try and get one overlooking the interior courtyard. Many rooms have balconys. Quiet. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Rooms are nice and updated. Walls are so thin you hear EVERYTHING next door. All conversations. Really difficult to get a restful night sleep if guests make the slightest noise.

All accommodation were outstanding! I always stay here every year and look forward to returning! Thank you!

Can I just say.. back in May we spent a week there.. and the first night the fire alarm went off and I feel like the receptionist should ve handled it better.. no explanations.. no apologizes.. nothing. Nobody knew what was going on.. then at some point they just look at all of us in the lobby at like 3 am and told us to go back to our rooms. Again no explanations.

Nice, cozy, clean room. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back.

Nice hotel. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub, but they did have a small pool. The only other thing that I didn't like was the proximity of the hotel to major commuter train tracks and station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, so overall it was a pleasant 4 night stay.

I had a short stay but I found that without taking advantage of the full amenities I still enjoyed my visit.

A good Courtyard with a fresh redesign inside and great staff. However, the beds are just not breathable. Whatever linens or mattress covers they use are comfortable at first, but I kept waking up and feeling overly warm, even with the A/C on full blast. Unfortunate, because this Courtyard is awesome otherwise.

Front desk staff was excellent and helpful. We had to get back in to our room after checking out (seveal hours earlier) and they were very accomodating. Overall nice standard hotel as well.

For a Courtyard Marriott this is good. Nice staff.. from reception to housekeeping. Food is prepared as well as available to microwave. Late nite hot chocolate, Midnite ice cream.
Bath, pool, xercuze room. No movies.. but HBO on tv.

They made us sign a lengthy contract that we wouldn't have more than 4 people in a room, since we were there for a wedding. Place was nice though.

Just stop here to use the bathroom but it was clean

Nothing bad to say. After Partied after a show with friends at the capital theater. Biking distance from the rye metro north. Very friendly staff and balcony. A+ would stay again.

When the power went out. They had coffee and breakfast from Dunkin in the lobby. Nice save.

(Front Desk) Staff wasn't pleasant. There is no complementary coffee available at any time. There is an additional charge (fee) for parking, that I was unaware of, and wasn't told about. Check in and Check out wasn't an enjoyable experience and wasn't informative. The woman acted like I was a disturbance or that she hated her job or her life. The Hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff was pleasant, professional and personable. The room was clean and the bed (and pillows) were comfortable, however the room walls were thin and we heard noise all night, from the room above us. I would probably stay again, because it was clean and comfortable, but I would also look elsewhere and wouldn't be in a rush to re-book, mostly because the staff was useless and couldn't care less (and there was no coffee - but she didn't tell me that either) [Long story]

The rooms are spacious, nice settings, bathrooms are well kept.....it's a very nice place

Seems like a pretty nice hotel. I was not an overnight guest but I give it 5 stars because they have a bank of EVgo fast charging stations in the parking lot. Hooray!

Seemed like there was a lot of construction in the area. Courtyard by Marriott sign was down at entrance of hotel. Clean inside at least.

My Husband & I checked in at the Courtyard Marriott in Rye, NY for 1 night on Feb. 7th. Jason Coppola, the Front Desk Agent, couldn't have been nicer or more friendly! Although he was busy, with it being a sold out night, he attended to our wishes of wine glasses after we checked in & extra pillows later in the evening. We found him to be a tremendous asset to your organization with his pleasant demeanor & always with a smile on his face. We didn't get a chance to Thank him when we left as checkout was before he came on duty. Suffice it to say, we had a great Anniversary & a nice room with people we would like to call "Family"! Thank you, Jason & all the staff at the Courtyard in Rye!!!

I had family staying for the holidays. Overall the rooms are clean. But the pool wasnt clean (mildew on the edges) and the protective plates for the rails were broken.

I left an item and a wonderful employee/manager was very attentive and quick to return my item! Thank you marco campos! Great stay at the courtyard Marriott in rye

Lovely inn with grated outdoor pool. Great contemporary hotel with large suites. Also have electric car charging stations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Costco. Easy access to transportation.

Greatest hotel ever!! Quaint little bistro down stairs, right off the highway and right at the edge of the city. About a 20 minute walk to The Capitol Theatre. Doesnt seem as congested busy for its size and location, but the rooms, employees, and building itself were superb. Due to its location and how quiet it is, you might be surprised at who you may see during your stay.

Nice hotel - clean & well maintained. We stayed for two nights for our nephew's wedding. They handled the friends and family very well.

Stagg was very friendly. The place was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is that the place they have inside to get breakfast and dinner wasn't good. 3 workers and none of them knew anything. Went to get a coffee and was going to get food but coffee alone took forever. The worker at the register didn't know how to use it. The one making the drinks didn't know how to make them and the third worker just had no clue and confused everyone. Get better staff in that one area and the place would be a 5 star rating.

Terrible management and staff. They kicked a whole block of rooms out of the hotel in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Absolute garbage hospitality at this hotel.

Perfect distance from the city, clean room, friendly staff, easy check in and out! Couldn't ask for more.

Nice stay, but a-la-carte everything, including morning coffee and breakfast. Prepare to be nickle and fixed.

The 'restaurant' is more like an office cafeteria. Waited 20 minutes to get a drink and then watched the same server assemble mostly preprepared food. Then I went to sleep but got woken up several times by people talking when walking past - normally I'd expect the door to block out most noise. And then I woke up because the AC hardly runs when you are away or asleep because the thermostat had a motion sensor! Clearly trying to save money but it just meant the room got really hot before it cooled down.

Good hotel for an overnight. Currently undergoing renovations.

Convenient location, small clean rooms and all the services you need for a night or two while traveling.

The room was clean the staff was very professional and helpful. I would recommend and will return again because it was a wonderful experience. I was visiting from Raleigh North Carolina but I grew up in Port Chester New York Westchester County.

Nice place, comfortable room, and it's right off 95.

The location was great, directly off the highway for easy access. Downside is that you can hear the trains and trucks on 95. Drinks were great, the tv was text to the bed supposed to the foot, thought that was a bit odd. If I was in the area, I'd stay again.

Nice place, nice rooms, good service. If you are a light sleeper like me, ask for a room closer to the front. There is a train that passes by all the time headed to N.Y. No whistle or anything but it running on the tracks was enough to wake me.

Nice facility with helpful staff. Not a luxury hotel by any means but simple and clean.

Leak on the floor above...front desk was clueless and unapologetic

Needs a remodel in some rooms but I looked in other rooms that looked more modern.
