This company is a total scam! The day I got him freelance a guy came to see me and made me sign a contract the same day for the creation of a website. I signed something that I never should have done! Why??? Because in fact this site cost me more than 10,000 euros after 4 years and does not belong to me !!! Yes, I was surprised that this site did not belong to me because it was marked in the contract !!! I do not recommend this company at all !!!

Completely useless service in the province of Luxembourg, I am stuck with a 4 year contract at 180Euro for a website that people don't bother to read, I also have the batibouw + service which is of no use to me ! I am from Libramont and I have to do an average of 160km without being sure of having the site! most of the work is on Namur. only advantage, it comes into my costs which gives me the perfect balance! lol I pay for another service which is much cheaper, which goes bankrupt every time!

A website never consulted and we find ourselves paying for 2 years or paying 60% of the remaining sum and when we sell you the contract the person says that there is no compensation in case of breach I strongly advise against strongly.

When you are face to face with the commercial, it will be too late, you will be confronted with more than questionable commercial practices, which are systematically the same, in view of what I have read on the multiple opinions concerning this company .

The commercial discourse is always the same, this means that these aggressive and deceptive practices are institutionalized, organized by an unscrupulous management.

The target: always the same: freelancers or novice traders

The practice: to dangle, thanks to Internet referencing, a flow of important customers in a fast time (under 1 month after the creation of the website) largely covering the monthly payment paid to AFE

The commercial argument: Promotion period reserved for a limited number of customers, the commercial already has several appointments after yours during the day, the promotion will not be able to benefit everyone, you have to sign on the spot.

Abuses: impossible to read the contract under pressure, intentionally confused speech for a non-Internet specialist, lack of information on the various terms of engagement and the conditions of termination

The scam: whereas, on the very day of signing, I sent an SMS message to the saleswoman, Ms. Philippe, indicating that I wanted to retract, having understood a posteriori the duration of my engagement of 48 months with impossibility to terminate except to pay compensation of 40% of the amount of the contract; she replied that it was not possible, because they had supposedly released the budget for me. Being totally new to the contract, and particularly shocked and anxious by the commitment of more than 5000 that this person had made me take in spite of myself, I did not see the clause which stipulated that the withdrawal was possible as long as the collection of data enabling the service to be performed has not been carried out.

Inefficiency: the service was therefore carried out, but, after a month no customer came through this service ... or any of the following months, moreover

Today, I am requesting the termination of the contract, but the company is claiming 40% compensation to be paid in one go, i.e. almost 2,300.

These practices must stop !!!!
