A well known place for Sports Entertainment and Business.
We had great seats, it was clean, good food selection, and Devils hockey. Way nicer than the old Brendan Byrne Arena
The upper levels have very little legroom. Very uncomfortable for a tall person. The concession stands have good food, but the prices are quite high.
Well connected with public transportation. There's also parking available around the stadium but plan for delays in traffic.
Good venue for concert tough to get out of parking lot 40.00$ to park
.
Went to see Demi Lovato's Tell Me You Love Me concert and today was the best day of my life (although food $ drinks was expensive sl)
Pricey concessions, seats aren't very comfy but the arena is decent.
Beautiful theater. Excellent seating. Stage viewable from all locations.
Venue is nice, but many had MAJOR ticket issues at the event I attended. Plan time to accommodate that.
Great food and drinks selection. But the parking across the street is a rip-off
Concert was amazing, great venue to see a band... only problem was that the vendors crowded the halls and it took nearly an hour just to get to the nearest escalator after the concert.
Excellent I loved the place first time I went and really very organized and a lot of security.Perfect to go as a family as long as the show is familiar.
Driving out of there after a concert. Is a disaster. The Prudential center should have been built in a an area less developed.
Pay extra for even parking but lovely set up... graduation was fun...
I love this arena. Been to a couple of different events here. Every seat in the house is a good seat, even the nose bleed seats provide good site lines and because of the steep angle you don't feel as though you're watching ants dance around on a white sheet of paper. I've sat everywhere, I've even had the seat with the wall behind me (yup the bloodiest of the nose bleeds) other than the fact that it's a little cold up there, great sight lines and cheap cheap cheap like a little birdie. This arena actually made me a devils fan, for local matchups. Let's go Hawks!
Beautiful, wonderful arena. Provides a perfect view of the court from anywhere you are seated. The Devils Hockey game is a separate show. Worth it.
Not much to love 45 dollars to park 14 dollars for a beer and 7 dollars for a pretzel , unbelievable
I have been to the Pru center for a couple concerts and I have to say I think it's a poor design. The seats second level and up just shoot up straight. You literally feel like your going to fall over.
The place is relatively new and is clean and well taken care of. It is convenient to get to, either driving there or by mass transit. And it is probably the safest part of Newark. And there are some good restaurants and drinking place in the area.
So it's not that I would say "don't go" but if you're up top be prepared.
A great place to see a hockey game, great food fun people.
They worked very diligently to get everybody in the doors 13,000 people parking was a little expensive but besides that it was a good night would
Parking is horrendous and expensive. But the statium is nice.
Need to change floor chairs they to close to each other which makes it uncomfortable to watch a concert
I had a great time but the sound system was terrible!!
OMG, what a way to experience the Prudential Center for the first time seeing BTS in concert. I was so happy and pleased with the concert. I had an amazing time. Will be seeing other concerts there.
I had a wonderful time at the Prudential Center! This building is beautifully designed inside, and restrooms were clean and orderly. All employees were kind and helpful making the experience a blessing to be present. The big screens throughout helped to see the stage at every angle. Vendors were able to sell their merchandise inside and concession stands looked clean as well.
It says NO BACKPACKS, yet people some people with kids were allowed in, but some couldn't with young kids I HATE when a place has a rule and only enforces half to follow it. When I booked I didn't know my purse was not allowed or the size requirements. I took a small, most secure bag which fit the requirements except it was backpackstyle. I had to rent a locker to put it away, I did not complain or argue.. rules are rules. But then others with actual backpacks were allowed in. Either stand by the rule or don't.
The new concession stands at Prudential Center are out of this world. From gourmet burgers to fried Oreos, they have it all.
Also, let's go Devils!
It s a very nice arena. But this the only arena I ever been to so I can t compare lol
Loved it. As a native Rhode Islander. Would 10/10 ducks go again.
Attended the Power 105.1 concert. Great experience.
The Prudential Center is a huge center. I was lost and couldn t find my way around. My commencement was held here and I had no sense of direction or my whereabouts inside the Prudential building. Constantly had to ask for directions.
Great arena, good sight lines! And Louisville beat Seton Hall!
This is a true world class venue. The arena is always very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A few years ago they updated all the concession stands and it made a big difference. Huge variety available food wise, a near gourmet experience at most concession stands.
First time I went their was Last Month on 2-22-19 at The Casting Crowns Concert & I was their Yesterday with my Family at the Toby Mac Tour & I loved it & I'll be Back!!
Bring bottle cap for water, they don't let have two year olds have them
I went to an event in 2015 and the bathroom were clean and customer service was great.
Montreal canadians vs nj devils. Great game defined by shoot out.
Way over priced, no parking, miserable police horrendous smells around the town. Pain in ass to get to
Always love going for any event. Ushers are friendly and the staff at the food service are very polite as well
Great venue to see concerts! The top rows are very steep, but it makes for a small intimate feeling concert.
Good space for athletic and musical concerts. It has several other small spaces for smaller events. The main auditorium floor space isn't as big as other arenas like madison sqaure or radio city but the facilities are one of the best. Very secure and a short walk from Newark Penn station and downtown Newark.
Ppl are rude n obnoxious they think they are entitled to speak to you any kind of way.
The premium doors are fifthy areas...need power-washing n a fresh smell Workers need to respect the job n each other; no matter what color they come in........
Good, clean facilities, decent food selection, great hockey!
We visited because of EXO concert. Where various concerts are held. Big and good
While traveling to and in Newark isn t my first choice of location for my team (NJD) they do work with local police to make sure the street are staffed and well lit.
Lots of food options and activity throughout the stadium on game days. Very interactive and love the gigantic screen (biggest screen in a stadium I believe- check cowboys on this).
I would suggest more fresh food options/snacks as the sandwich stand is usually limited to chicken salad (yuck!).
Also - please please please include parking for season ticket holders!!!
Easy to locate and having good parking facility. Seating capacity is very good
Pink concert, awesome. The center is nice, pretty easy to get to. reasonable commute from NYC.
Easy access and adequate parking near buy. Facility was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Great venue plus Devils won.
Great arena for shows friendly staff. Parking prices are high
Alot of fun but it started 15 mins early so we missed the beginning of it what a shame, still I've always loved dinosaurs since I was little so to see them up close and huge was a childhood dream of mine!
Getting thru the door for an event is never on time. Souvenirs are not avail for those who pay higher ticket prices to be at stage level on the floor!!
I had a great time with my family, watching Disney on Ice. My only complaint is the common one. Bring over $200 for a souvenir, basic food, and soft drinks.
Nice venue but the concert I went to see had bad audio.
The views to the stage are great no matter where you sit
