Nice venue, but parking wasn't great. We were late, because of traffic in the lots.

Saw Lenny Kravitz there.
Pretty nice venue.
I didn't buy any drinks or snack.
They all seemed about the same price as other concert venues in DFW. Parking was $15.
Very nice place just the drinks and food is super expensive. I drink is $18.
I saw Tyler, The Creator. Wonderful show, great venue, phenomenal selection of seats, good beer and food.
Rickey Smiley was okay he had great energy not so much jokes karlous Miller Chico Bean and DC Young Fly what's everything for the show O and Lavell Crawford those were the only they made it worth it but it was still too expensive for what we received my opinion plus the chills were to little I'm plus-sized so I have lots of scars from the chairs being ragley and then scratching me up have lots of abrasions.
Great venue. The prices for drinks are out there, but you definitely enjoy the event with or without the drinks regardless of where you are sitting
Nice theater, but the sound was a little weak when I went and it has some bad angles.
I'm asthmatic and i'm suffering today bc of the concert i attended at this theater last night it was smoke fest. I was so shocked i thought you couldn't smoke in public places bc it's hazardous. I will NEVER attend another function here TRUST
2nd time being here; this time for a concert-- its honestly beautiful and the seating is close. So you will see pretty well anywhere. The sections kinda topple each other with seats, and concession will charge you $6 for ice, but over all great theatre
Parking is a nightmare and the arena is way to hot inside
We went for paparazzi event..easy to find, great staff for event very nice location and amenities one point
Madea Farewell Tour...I wasn't thrilled. Wasn't enough powerful singing or heart wreching songs.
Show was amazing, traffic was horrible to get in or out. Parking staff was argumentative and rude.
Hip Hop concert was off the chain. First half was better than the 2nd half. Parking was $20 so be prepared as there is no alternative parking in the area. There arent enough drink lines for the number of people the place holds. They could even consider servers to speed up the process. Huge bathrooms so that's a plus. Those lines are fairly short.
This is an excellent venue for shows. Great acoustics and setup. Comfy seats and nice amenities. However, one item really stands out as a sticking point: restrooms. If you are going to a sold out show with any type of intermission, expect LONG wait times for the restrooms. There are no restrooms on the balcony level.
Favorite concert venue-staff friendly AND organized (something we've not experienced at any other venue in the metroplex in the eleven years we've lived here).
We paid $30 for VIP parking so we were happy to get a clise spit in the rain...but honestly...should not be tgat expensive to oark and shoukd hve shuttles bringing people to door...the venue was very nice insde...bathrooms were clean.
My husband and I went to see Rocktopia at Verizon theatre, it exceeded our expectations. The theater is very nice the show was fantastic. One thing that may be an issue for people that have trouble climbing stairs, there's a very long upward climb from the parking lot to the theater.
Seats were comfortable and the facility was clean!
Great acoustics, very friendly smiling and polite staff. Comfortable seating. Prices of water outragious.
First time here. This is beautiful. Great to see a concert or play
Wonderful venue, from section 300s to the stage I would say there s not a bad seat in the house.
VENUE IS ACCESSIBLE PARKING OK NEED SHUTTLES OR TRAMS TO DRIVE PATRONS FROM FAR OUT PARKING SPACES TO THE FRONT OR SIDE OF VENUE ENTRANCE
This was my first time to this venue. We went to a comedy show New Years eve. The venue itself was very nice. The acoustics were very good. It appears you could see and hear everything from any seat. You better eat and drink before you come as the drinks are very overpriced. There was limited assortment of food available (nacho's and frito pies from what I was told) . We came as part of a group and had a suite and it was very nice. We also had reserved parking which made it very easy for us. If you are able to go that route, I would suggest it. Overall great venue for a special event. One thing to take into consideration is that cell service is restricted in the building, It might be an issue if someone needed to call you for an emergency. It would be nice to know this in advance.
Recently saw Jeremy Camp (my favorite) and Toby Mac here. Great venue. Intimate but large. We sat in the front and the acoustics were great. About 17 years ago I saw Nickelback here and it was a new venue then. We sat kind of far back and the acoustics were still great. The employees/volunteers are friendly. Lots of room to move around in the seats. This is a great venue.
Nice, New theater with great sound! But no restrooms on 1nd and 3rd floor? Yikes!
Great looking theater. No bathrooms on the higher sections. You'll always have to go downstairs the use it. Hire more bar staff. Waited in line for 30 min to fet my drink.
Seats are smaller, and the theater could use several rennovations. It feels a bit like a community college theater built in the 50's
This is a great venue, we attended the freaker's ball and had a blast. The seating gives a great view no matter where you sit
Went to see Catfish and the Bottlemen, was a good show but was uncomfortable the entire time, seats are not made for normal sized Americans, if your of the more sturdy variety you will not be comfortable. Event staff were friendly and nice, food was normal price for a theatre.
Very clean and a great stage. We were in the nose bleed section and still had a decent view. Sounds amazing.
I came to a Third Day concert and loved the experience, I had a fantastic time I didn't order any food or drink, but the bathrooms were clean and people were friendly.
Went to the Third Day Farewell Tour. Concert was amazing. But rating the verizon theatre, I thought it was great. Very good security. Reasonable parking prices.
I truly enjoy the concert it's was amazing. I sang, laughed, but most of all I enjoyed myself. Fantasia was amazing , what a Voice!! I most definitely will be back.
Beautiful venue, although parking was stressful and food is expensive. Still 5 stars for the great performance hall.
The seating is great. The parking not bad price wise. Concessions are highly priced, but fairly good. The problem is that the seating provided for the seats is dangerous. It was so dark we couldn't see where we were walking. I fell and bruised my tail bone. They need to place led lights along the steps so we are able to see properly. Another lady in our section almost fell. I'm going to be in pain for 6-8 weeks until it heals. Plan to call the office to see what their thoughts are on this. This was my first visit. May be my last.
Serious lack of security. Especially outside in the smoking areas. People just started walking in the back without tickets. What is the point of checking our bags for weapons if people can just sneak in? People were so wasted and the bar just kept serving them. At one point a drunk guy pushed me and grabbed me outside - again, no security. Our seats were stolen at one point and we had to move twice to see Brand New. When we told a staff member about all of the security issues we'd witnessed she said "yeah, we've had problems with that." Then why hasn't it been addressed? This was probably the most poorly organized and overpriced event I have ever been to. The only enjoyable part was the music.
It was easy access and easy exit. Tyler Perry and everyone in the play were AWESOME!!!
Went to a Yanni Concert August 2012, and was very pleased with the concert facilities. It is the first time I went to Verizon Theatre, so I wasn't familiar with the parking, etc. The parking lot attendants were very helpful and friendly, even though it was raining. The ushers were also helpful and pleasant. The hall and the restrooms were clean and tidy.
$40.00 parking biggest draw back. Concert was fabulous. Venue was great . Fantasia Rock the house as usual.
Great parking, good food and drink selection, large seats with cup holders.
Went there to see Tyler Perry's farewell tour. I was disappointed because they did not have the monitors up. So if you were more the 5 roles from the front role it was difficult to see. Would not go back unless the monitors were on.
Drinks expensive, screens need to be bigger but good place
Pretty chill place when i went. My gf got a tattoo there and we watched the concert.
Great Venue.. even if you sit way at the top there is a good view of the stage area.
I went here for the Monsta X concert in July. I don't remember any negatives, so five stars!
Truly not a bad seat in the house! Parking was $15. Pricey in my opinion but they accept credit card for payment.
Nice place to watch a family show....looks like they hold other events as well. Parking is a bit pricey but close to the entrance. Will have to see about attending some other show.
