AEG Live / Verizon Theatre Review

Great venue! Comfortable and easy to access. No traffic jam when leaving. Just spotted a show I'd like to see in October. I'll be back!

I love coming to this theater! I don't freeze and I dont sweat! The drinks are a little high, but at least you get a top and straw. The staff is awesome!

This is an excellent venue for about 6500 people, and concerts sound very good here. I saw Ben Folds and Cake there.

Lots of parking, staff made entering and leaving the theater fast and organized, every seat is a good seat, navigating through the halls was easy. I'm very content with my experience.

Clean venue, but the drinks are over kill. Don't plan on getting drunk at all.

Only 3 stars because the stairs are steep without rails. All concessions were not available making the lines long which prevents you from getting back to the show in a timely manner.

The venue was a good size to accommodate everyone at the comedy show. Parking was very organized and after the show we were out of there within 10 minutes.

Is a great venue just wish they had bathrooms on the top floor.

An upscale 6,000-seat venue for music, Broadway & comedy productions, with luxury suite options. Great concert s, close to the RACE TRACK & Ripleys ! (six flags , Ranger field, Cowboy Stadium in Arlington are close attractions also.

I have been here on a few other occasions. However tonight is special for my husband and I. I forgot to download or print the tickets. So i called ahead to see what our options were. Issac answered! He was pleasantly patient! Used his problem solving skills and provided me excellent service! I hope he and his team sees this! Thank you for your simple but super helpful efforts! Im looking forward to tonight's show!

I purchased tickets in January 2020 for a NewsBoy concert to be held in May then rescheduled in August without notification which has also been canceled to to COV-19. I have been unable to go to the Ticket office to receive a refund because the box office has been closed, nor have they posted when they will open to address refunds. I will never purchase tickets again at this Venus. This is poor leadership demonstrated at its finest from Grand Prairie, TX

Parking was 10$ and food was also pricey but still a great place.

Beautiful theater, saw Joe Bonamassa there and the acoustic was amazing

Don't waste your time coming up here 2 buy tickets, they charge the same convince fee amount as they do online & less seat selection. Drinks are $16 for a 24oz can

Great place for a concert. Except for the extreme side seating, all other seats are very good. Sound quality for a rock concert was great. Easy to get in and out of parking lot.

Loved being able to see Todrick Hall, just wish we would have know about the seating food options

Parking was convenient, concerts were great, traffic control after the event was very good.

I've been there many times and always enjoyed myself. I love watching Tyler Perry's plays when he comes to town.

The beer selection isn't the greatest but i can always find a cocktail to enjoy here. The sound and atmosphere have always been top notch as well to enjoy your favorite musical act. Saw Ben Folds and Cake last night and it was excellent! I have really bad knees and can't walk from bfe parking so i really appreciate the VIP parking, totally worth it!

Had my first experience at the Verizon Center last night at the Kat WIlliam's show. While I understand that the production value can vary from show to show, I must say that the Kat WIlliams production was great. The venue did not seem lacking by any major measure. My hats off to the acousticians that set up the stadium. Seemed very well done with little reverberation or other acoustical issues. There were a few occasions where I feel the sounds levels could have been raised on the comedians mic to better reach the club seating. I also found it very odd that the crowd was not mixed into the ambiance background speakers. Meaning, when one would go to the restroom, you would hear the comedian, but did not hear the crowd laughing or anything. It kind of took away from the performance, in my opinion, because you could not feel the energy of the crowd unless you were in the main stadium area. Same story in the VIP lounge. I could not find the sound engineers to express my opinion at the time, so Google get's my feedback.

Every seat is a great seat! I've sat in nearly every section and was always pleased with my view.

Shame on Verizon for using AXS software, WHAT A JOKE. I will never bring my business here again! Cant even buy tickets because your crap software isn't reliable. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Besides that staff being rude and unprofessional. This is a clean and wonderful facility. Love the stage and sounds though!

I hate stairs to building ,and parking is horrible for people over 40

We went to see Joe Biden speak. General parking was $15. VIP parking $30. Nice venue, quick in and out. Food selection could be much better. They have Frito Chili Pie though. Why do they ask for a tip when all they do is hand you your food after ordering with no table service? I do not understand why places are doing this now. When one purchases food, that should come with them handing it to you at the counter without feeling like you need to tip them. I used to be a waiter many years ago and I am an excellent tipper and believe in tipping when I am getting table service or other services but not handing out my food in a drive through or over the counter

So crowded that shuttles were provided for transportation to the venue. Quite organized.

AT&T service blocked within this venue. WOW! Concessions close at 9pm. WOW!! And the overall sound quality was terrible. I have seen Joe Bonamassa several times and this venue was an extremely poor showcase for his sound.

We went here for a concert and it was awesome! The facility was large and clean and the parking lot had plenty of spaces for everyone.

The customer service for this venue is the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Trying to get someone on the phone to help you due to issues with THEIR website and ordering tickets is absolutely TERRIBLE! They say you can chat on the website or using the app, and you do so, only to be told you have to call. I have spent a total of over 5 hrs on hold and still have yet to speak with ANYONE for assistance. They need to do much better!!!

We go to many concerts and I think this was the BEST venue we have ever been in. The acoustics were top notch!!

I've been to this theatre a few times now, and I'm posting about my most recent experience seeing Stray Kids. The photos I have included are from section 105, row H, which was extremely close to the stage. I like how intimate this venue can feel; there's really not a bad seat. I will say, venue staff and security leave something to be desired, as they are all very unfriendly and impolite, even if you're being friendly and compliant. It's easy to find your seat, and the seats themselves aren't uncomfortable. Drinks and snacks cost about the same as they would at a movie theater. The bathrooms seemed well attended, which was great. I hope that by including photos, fans can have a better idea of what the view from their seat will be.

Inside it was very HOT. In the back rows, sound wasn t very good at all for a concert. Lastly, it is a VERIZON venue, but VERIZON SERVICE DOESNT WORK inside. Weird.

Such an awesome place to go for a concert. Very organized and easy to find everything! I wish all concerts were this easy to navigate around at. Looking forward to the next concert here! Very clean inside and out.

This facility is amazing. Staff was very friendly, and the shows they host are great.
