Verizon Theatre is a GREAT venue for live music! Although the crowd was HUGE, the parking attendants were so efficient & had us in a parking spot quickly! Our seats were comfortable, and the show (Joe Bonamassa & his entourage) was amazing!! I highly recommend this awesome music venue!

Have been to three concerts and really like this venue. Upper balcony is good, especially if you want to sit the whole show. People start standing in the 200s which can be a drag for patrons behind them. Acoustics are fine and you can exit quickly following the show.

The venue is a pretty good place for a concert. But for the "Why Don't We" concert (granted, a boy band) they shut down most of the concessions that sell alcoholic beverages. So you had to wait in long lines at the food concession stands to get beer or wine (warm wine). And it was a nightmare to get out of there when the concert was over. Keep that in mind.

Great Theatre. However, totally in the middle of nowhere, ridiculous parking price, poor maintenance and terribly understaffed. There's too many new venues doing it better to spend money here.

Entertainment is always great. However the sound crew needs to get it together. People pay good money to see a show with good sound quality. It shouldn't sound like I'm listening to the radio from an alarm clock. I need to feel the beat!!! I have come to this conclusion after several shows.

Great place, parking was expensive and no free parking (or so I was told), had to pay $15 to park. Paid $10 for a domestic beer, $13 for a Heineken, really outrageous prices. It was a nice theater, goods show, seats were decent. The prices are my major complaints, getting out wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be with the way they handled the traffic, so that was a plus.

As a tmobile user I couldnt get a signal. Certain irony in a wireless sponsored amphitheater being a dead zone. Kinda hard to leave since theres 1 main road. Staff was polite, venue was clean.

The venue is nice and the staff was great. I wish there had been better visual to help pick a seat. We sat at the extreme left of the stage and couldn't see half of our performance because it was toward the back of the stage. The proportion of the stage to the seating is misrepresented in the seating chart and should have the seats at the extremely left and right marked as obstructed view. I chose these seat because they were the closest I could get, but I would have been better off sitting farther back and toward the middle. I paid more for these tickets and had a worse view of the stage. Hopefully this will help someone else not sit on the side. You can see in the picture the whole video board was cut out, and any part of the routine that was farther back could not be seen.

Great venue, all seats have great views. Fantastic place to ser a concert. However, parking rates are very high ($20/$40 VIP), and no open restrooms upstairs in balcony. Refreshments are expensive also, and for these reasons I can't give it 5 stars.

I went to a Lacrae concert there and we had a great time. It's great to see someone who is passionate about the Lord and who has a heart for people yet takes an art form of rap and turns it into something that glorifies God.

Parking is pretty smooth all things considered. I believe it relies heavily on the personnel however and not just the parking layout. It was a fairly quick in and out so nothing negative to report there.

They have various concession options but since we had just had dinner prior to the concert we had no such desires.

I thought seating layout was good. We had great seats down in section 103 very near the front. We were very close to the pit but that did not affect our experience at all. In fact you cannot access the pit from inside the seating arena. One has to use the access hallways instead which is perfect.

There is great lighting throughout and the stage is large enough for almost any venue.

It's not a huge complex, in fact nowhere near it. This makes the experience more intimate and practical.

This was my experience.

I have not been to this venue in a while, and after Friday's show. I know now why. It would help if the entrance leading to the theater had an officer at the end directing the traffic up instead of everyone playing Mario go kart. Little more structure with parking. VIP $40 is a little steep. The VIP lot I was told to park in was full and some guy tried to direct me out and park me in the $15 parking. I protested and told him I wouldn't move my car until I had VIP what I paid for and showed him a VIP sticker given to me by employee. Don't oversell parking if you can't accommodate. The female parking attendant taking our payment who clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes needs to be moved somewhere else. Once we were inside the theater for a mixed drink and a beer $32 really, the two restrooms are downstairs you have to navigate up and down the stairs or the one elevator that everyone was waiting for. It was hot inside the venue on already hot day. For those who never frequent this venue when you have a performer that's going to attract a much much older crowd it would be nice to have more employees. I saw people with walking devices trying to navigate the stairs where I was sitting. you can't get cell phone service inside the building. I hope you don't have an emergency you need to call someone .

I went for Yanni concert which took place at Verizon theatre. The stage is quite big with very nice lightings. There are two big TV screens on either side of the stage. I got a seat in the left side of the hall, so the stage was not so visible, I had to view the TV screen most of the time instead of the stage. Other than this, all other factors were so good especially acoustics were so good. There are some food shops outside the auditorium. The pathway for the auditorium was nicely maintained with some paintings. Parking space is so elaborate, so it is better to take a snap of the location where you place your car.

The venue is okay. The people who manage very unprofessional, almost rude. We were guests of the artists who provided us details on what and where. The Verizon staff told us we couldn't use bathrooms after we'd been using them for hours since we were in a VIP area. And there were no patrons in the boxes. They also didn't advise anyone prior to the event, including sponsors that there was a mandatory $15 parking fee. Poor management of guests, lack of communication. The clincher for us was our hosts had paid for a meal for us and the Verizon staff refused to allow the delivery personnel into the building. Our hosts were befuddled, and we (a group) waited and hour+ for a meal. The delivery staff explained it all with profuse apologies.

This was disappointing with a few exceptions. Blackstreet and HTown were amazing!!!! The seats are comfy and roomy but the sound sucked!! There were mic PROBLEMS all night and we in the nosebleed sections could barely here. The upstairs bars were closed which really SUCKED!! Bobby sang 2 and a half songs Jon B decides to play the keyboard over tracks he was singing to...BIG FAIL. Icing on the cake is Damien Crazy Legs singing in place of Aaron Hall....WTH...Teddy..boo I still love you and you are crazy talented and a wonderful performer!
