Great venue and plenty of things to do around the surrounding L.A. Live complex.

Fantastic theater!!!
Perfect to watch any concert even if you buy cheap tickets!!!

Nice place but lobby area for merch is small and theres no good place to line up for entrance. The venue decor is nice and the restrooms are clean. The seats are good from most angles, we had pit center seats and the view was incredible.

Clean venue, friendly staff, safe and secure. Attended a day performance of Peppa Pig - a good time had by all. Would recommend and return.

Very comfy chairs. Great venue with no bad seats. Parking is convenient but can be pricey if there is also an event at the Staples Center.

When I got there, I saw two team members standing by behind some wheelchairs. I asked if I could sit in one and ended up being wheeled around the entire event....go Microsoft!!!

Easy to get in easy to find my seat. I got lucky with a seat in the middle of the concert hall, loud and clear sound without blowing my ears out.

Rows could be three inches wider so we're not kneeing people in the face but too late to fix that.

Staff was very very friendly and eager to assist even if you THOUGHT about being lost/confused.

No review on concessions; I did not eat or drink at the event.

Great venue. Excellent sound. In fact, hugh sound. Parking was an easy walk.

Great music venue especially the acoustics of the place. The seating is well designed that there is no bad seat in the house. Seating is neatly arranged to let the audience enjoy the performances. There are lots of fine restaurants just outside. Come here at night, it s magical!

I can't do escalators due to a balance issue waited for a down elevator for 15 minutes gave up and took the stairs.

Excellent venue overall with great sound quality, comfortable seating, and restrooms that accommodate large numbers at one time.

Was here for a comedy show with a group of convention participats. I liked the seating, there were huge screens that made it easy to see the comedian, and the sound system was great. A beautiful modern building.

Great experience. Went to see Aimer live for Anisong World Matsuri, her voice is so real..... Much more powerful and emotional live...... You will literally shake with tears to her voice, she is simply a goddess.

Plenty of seating (I think the conductor in the show I saw mentioned that there were 5,000 of the audience). There are two side entrances, both adorned with photos from past events (most of them were concerts). They have escalators and elevators to access the higher floors. They also sell food, but I didn't check the prices nor the content.

The venue was packed with people enjoying Stephanie Mills, Confunshun and Charlie Wilson. A great concert on Valentine's Day!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I attended this venue for the NBA Youngboy concert with a girlfriend and my boyfriend. We paid $400 for two pit tickets. People were aggressively trying to get in front of us and a girl threw a drink in my boyfriends face. He then got jumped by 4 guys who were with the girls. Security dragged out my boyfriend and told us we couldn t re-enter the concert because he was in an altercation but didn t remove any of the people who threw the drink at him or jumped him. Most unprofessional staff ever. & now we re trying to contact them and they re saying it s my boyfriends fault and there s nothing they can do. The staff is SO rude and unhelpful. AND they kept his Drivers license. Literally the worst experience we ve ever had. Also won t give us a number for corporates office.

Had the best time at the Interactive Introverts show. The venue was really nice and had amazing seats. This is the venue I would want for events as the one I went to!

I went here to see dan and phil! Security was very helpful.

Great seating pretty much anywhere. However, the ladies bathroom did not have any hot running water, and the foul smell started to find its way outside of the bathroom and into the hallway. More smell good needs to be in place for those who have to do more than just pee

Facility was great the comedian Tiffany Haddish was just okay. She needs a little bit more practice and closing out the show.

Went here to see Steel Panther with the legend Rob \m/ not to long ago it was my first time coming here band merch was everywhere so no one fights about it and its plenty for everybody. The ticket price was a bit pricey but other than that it was worth it because seeing your favorite band doesnt matter how much you spend! The venue is very big inside the sound quality is awesome and everything else was perfect ! Id definitely come back here for another show

Easy access assistance available but aisles very narrow people has to stand up so you can pass very inconvenient specially when is a high price event

Great venue! Smaller, so you are able to be much closer to the stage. I hope to be able to catch another show here.

The first time there. Place was compact and seats were average. But entertaining. Would go again!

Beautiful historic place, came here for Tony Robbins 60th birthday and enjoyed the show immensely. The way the stage lighting was designed and the projectors and the confetti at the end, sound was on point, basically a very nice experience and a very nice venue. Would love to come back here for a good concert. It s really really nice.

Every seat is ok to great but they need to keep the inner box office open till the show is over or let patrons reenter after using their own facilities.

Easy parking, great venue, comfortable seats, just knocked off a star for the cost and size of cocktails/wine. Will be back again...tailgating first!

The only thing that I didn't like during my visit was that they allowed people to smoke their weed right in the theater upstairs... we made complaints to the employees and were told that someone would be up their to check it out and still no one did anything about!! Weed is not HARD to smell and when you have 3 people smoking in the same room, and same area, it's not HARD to notice that someone is smoking. I feel like they could have done much more to make sure that by law smoke free areas stay smoke free!! Horrible!!

I can see the stage fro almost anywhere I sat a great theater for lasting memories.

Spacious, clean, well-maintained venue with comfortable seats. Good sound and lighting. Had minor issue with staff and seating. Had to go through 3-4 people just to get approval to sit in empty seats.
