If your coming to watch the lakers or the kings its a 5 star experience. If you are coming to watch thr clippers than your more than likely having a bad experience with no aspirstions for a chanpionship. This place is fantastic. Love the view no matter where you sit, and if your blessed enough to sit close enough where you see lebron and company sweat then your having an amazing experience.

Good venue for a concert. Sound in arena is great in any seat unlike other arenas. Concession stands have friendly service though prices are "arena stupid". Bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

Much easier experience than other large venues.if you arrive early there are many great things to do within an easy walkable distance. Parking was a dream in the Staples center lot so there is no use looking for cheaper as it will be a hassle and not worth the few dollars saved. Even inside the venue there are good food and adult beverages. A fun time made better because you can do more than one activity...if you allow some extra time.

It s a pretty good venue, I went with my coworkers to see the Clippers, and production value of the entertainment was high, and the seats were relatively affordable (compared to, say, the Lakers). Getting there was a bit busy, even though we met hours early for dinner, it s downtown LA traffic, so never pleasant.

I had the best experience here I came here 3 times in the 10days I watched 3 NBA games omg amazing staff are so friendly and helpful. After the game the a hot dog stands so delicious $5US I recommend this it s pricey inside.Tip if you UBER home it s a nightmare so we walked 5 blocks away from staples centre to get your ride because everyone is catching a Uber at the same time was very difficult to find our driver so they cancelling my booking.

Very cool sport center! It was easy to get in, accessible (close to the Metro line), easy to get out, next to a bunch of service establishments like theatres, and restaurants. Street foods (hotdog stands) too. The security check was swift.
The foods inside could get a bit expensive, but understandable. Overall, great place!

Went to see BTS in concert at Staples center. Our seats were in a suite. Awesome view.
My only complaint was there wasn't food available near by. We had to go down one level for hot dogs and pretzels but if you wanted variety you had to go all the way down to the main floor. Since there was only 2 of us in our party, there was no delivery of food in the suite unless you were getting for the other strangers in suite with you. I was not

Came here to watch a hockey game and had a great time! The stadium was huge, the seats weren t uncomfortable... They had various selection of food inside the stadium. If you don t want to spend a lot of money on food then you could always buy McDonalds! There are also outdoor spots inside the stadium where you can have drinks, eat food, and have a great time!

what's there not to love about staples center? over the course of almost 25 years I've sat in all sections for all sorts of events; basketball, hockey, concerts etc. this place lives up to being a entertainment power house!!

Went to see BET stars. Trippie Red was good. Cardio B is like nail on a chalkboard. Took my son for his 11th birthday. He loves it. Event staff are cool people and very helpful in guiding us to our seats. I've been to many events at the Staples center. Nice place.

Always a great time parking sucks as usual but we parked down the street not too far for about 10 bucks it was cool with me well secured lot with a guard so it was cool with me plenty of places to eat and entertain yourself even if ur not going to a game or an event. Some really cool statues and stuff to see. I love coming here it's LA.

This should be a definite 5 star venue. It's an Iconici arena and venue but really old and underwhelming considering the money that flows through this place. It lacks the glitter of LA and the perception of Hollywood it deserves.

Seats get physically smaller as they get cheaper and higher up in the bowl. The suite levels should be nicer than they are and the food there should be much better.

It's time to upgrade this place and not only get with the times, but be the trend setting representative of LA it should be inside and out.

You gotta love the Staples Center. If you want to see champions, you can take in a Lakers game. If you just want a cheap night out, the Clippers are also in town, and occasionally they even manage to play some pretty good basketball.

There are also some surprisingly good food choices in the arena. As a frequent visitor, I'll let you in on a secret. Don't go for the Downtown Dog or the Skyscraper Dog, or the unimpressive nachos. You want to find the place that serves the fork & knife chili dog. It's one of the best hot dogs I've ever had at a stadium, and it's reasonably priced. It totally makes up for all the searching you have to do to find it. If you're feeling extra adventurous, you can always flag down one of the bacon-wrapped hot dog sellers in the area, or wait around until you see one of the numerous food trucks.

Cons: Parking is overpriced, but it's not like, San Diego Convention Center overpriced. You can find parking near the arena for $20, and if you don't mind walking a couple blocks, you can get down to $8-$10. (As compared to San Diego, where anything within 8 blocks is $30.)

Great amenities for a professional sports stadium!...

Great amenities for a professional sports stadium! Went to watch the LA Clippers Playoff game against the Portland Trailblazers, game 5. Even without their two superstars starting, The Clippers/ Staples Guest Service Staff made sure all those in attendance, young & old were entertained. Free T-shirts, free light-up bracelets, noise makers, so much excitement!
