We have been a client since 2016 (in our 5th year now, in 2020). We have found Agile Virtual Offices' services, pricing and amenities very good. There was a slight glitch when they transitioned to automatic online billing for meeting room reservations, but the Management and Staff have been very helpful and friendly in solving that too (kudos to Orlando and William!). The location is also very convenient, right above Eaton Centre. Parking is always available in the Eaton Parkade, and there is a direct entrance to the lobby and elevators from inside the mall. We also utilize their scan-to-mail service, which has been very smooth and dependable. They are also happy to assist whenever we await urgent mail and call in to ask about it. Only downside: some of the offices can be distracting.... because of the amazing views..... ;) :) (see photos)

Great location right in the heart of downtown serviced by two TTC stations and PATH, amazing support team and management is always very responsive to client needs. All the modern amenities you could ever need in an office environment: great working atmosphere, quiet and respectful tenants in the workshare and office spaces, board rooms with big TVs and dry/erase walls for presentations, fair and competitive pricing, strong internet, print services, mail forwarding, free coffee/tea, clean accessible washrooms, off-hours access via keycard for burning the midnight oil. Very happy with their services and support team, highly recommend.
I'm very impressed with the services provided by Agile Offices. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome. Definitely getting my money's worth. The view is amazing! The place is always clean.
Excellent location and great office space inside. Customer service is really good; specially Orlando. I have had no trouble since I have been a tenant. Cheers and keep up the good work.
Agile Offices is a cost-effective and hospitable working environment for whatever the function. And, at such a central location in Toronto (250 Yonge), you really can't beat the location.
While they cater more to meetings and co-working spaces with spacious offices (even in their smallest of spaces), we were able to successfully co-ordinate a 50-person casting audition throughout the day with no issues. I will say that weekend security will make it a bit tedious to enter the building, but that should not take away from how nice the spaces are and the amenities they have for potential renters.
We rented a small room out on a Saturday. William, the general manager, was highly personable in answering any and all questions about the space. He'll even walk you through the spaces himself.
After finding a space, I booked it online with no issues.
The only slights I would say would be the strict keycard entry on the weekends or after hours, but that just can't be avoided in such nice offices. For meetings or multi-person interviews where you prefer more soundproofing, you are better off renting office spaces that are farther into the building so that applicants cannot hear particulars. I wish I had done that.
But other than that, please look into Agile for your boardroom/office rental solutions. People are personable. Prices are fair. The location is amazing. The amenities are excellent (a full break room with trouble-free wireless). There's no better place in Toronto for it at their price point.
Posting for office space was extremely misleading. Not respectful of a persons time, wasted my time going there only to have price switch. 2 staff in the office, neither wearing face masks and didn't wear a face mask while giving the office tour. Very unprofessional.
Exceptional Office Spaces right next to The Eaton Centre.
I spent a few hours in their space in a quiet office room. It would be a great room for collaborative meeting, but I used it to get some studying done. Agile Virtual Offices is a wonderful place to get work done as well as have meetings. They offer really fast wifi, a TV with HDMI cable, and a great environment to work in. I loved my experience there and appreciated the helpful office staff. I found the space really calm and helped me focus on my work.
I'm exceptionally happy to run my law practice from Agile business centre. There are many things that make it an exceptional place to work from, including superb location inside the Eaton Centre and beautiful office space. However, first and foremost I would like to say that Agile's management team goes above and beyond to make Agile the best business centre in Toronto. William and Orlando work tremendously hard to ensure smooth operation of the business centre. They are attentive to the needs of clients who lease offices from Agile and do everything within their power and more to keep clients happy. William and Orlando are professional, courteous, hard-working and very pleasant to deal with. Both of them work very hard even during the unprecedented times of Coronavirus pandemic and demonstrate exceptional courage in being there for their clients and working harder than ever. Having worked at other business centres before, I can say with confidence that Agile is the best by far. If you are looking for an exterior office, Agile has large, comfortable offices with breathtaking views of the Dundas Square, Lake Ontario or both. There are also comfortable and spacious interior offices for a variety of budgets as well as numerous virtual office packages, assigned desks, etc. Given the service and superior location, the rates are very reasonable and fair. The office centre also has a modern kitchen with an amazing coffee machine that the team keeps very clean at all times. The maintenance crew ensures that your office stays clean and pleasant. From my experience, this is also a great co-working space where it is easy to meet new people to network and everyone is very friendly and courteous to each other. I'm very happy to have moved my law firm into Agile's business centre and look forward to stay with Agile for many years. Keep up the great work team!
