Agile Offices is a cost-effective and hospitable working environment for whatever the function. And, at such a central location in Toronto (250 Yonge), you really can't beat the location.

While they cater more to meetings and co-working spaces with spacious offices (even in their smallest of spaces), we were able to successfully co-ordinate a 50-person casting audition throughout the day with no issues. I will say that weekend security will make it a bit tedious to enter the building, but that should not take away from how nice the spaces are and the amenities they have for potential renters.

We rented a small room out on a Saturday. William, the general manager, was highly personable in answering any and all questions about the space. He'll even walk you through the spaces himself.

After finding a space, I booked it online with no issues.

The only slights I would say would be the strict keycard entry on the weekends or after hours, but that just can't be avoided in such nice offices. For meetings or multi-person interviews where you prefer more soundproofing, you are better off renting office spaces that are farther into the building so that applicants cannot hear particulars. I wish I had done that.

But other than that, please look into Agile for your boardroom/office rental solutions. People are personable. Prices are fair. The location is amazing. The amenities are excellent (a full break room with trouble-free wireless). There's no better place in Toronto for it at their price point.
