We made a decision based on risk with a family member having a potential co morbidity to remove our child from the school and let him do home schooling through registered college. After the principal approached ADvTech for relief to avoid the 3 months notice period during due to the immense financial pressure on each family ADvTech refused to waive the notice period. Sadly that puts extra pressure on the family as they have to pay for two schools. I guess its a case of business first and the Childs best interest mean nothing . Beware of this company.

Extremely dissatisfied with how the staff of universities owned by this company treat students. Furthermore, their administrative systems are completely pathetic - especially at IIE MSA - which was previously owned by Monash who did a fantastic job. I have been a client of this company for over 10 years yet the staff of these institutions owned by advtech treat you in a manner that will leave a bad taste in your mouth. I have raised so many issues to this institution and escalated so many issues but no matter how far you go up and no matter how much proof or professionally you conduct yourself, every single person is completely and utterly unhelpful. I have yet to have someone from IIE MSA actually help me. I would like a meeting with someone who actually has an idea about customer service at advtech, else my issues - along with countless other students will be taken to the press.
