I am very disappointed with the service at price plaza branch.
Bought a ripple mattress took it at my parents home only to discover the mattress had a little pin hole after using it one night.
I called the branch told them about it and they agreed to replace it.
The next day the person who I bought the mattress for past away which was my sister.
I did not get the chance to take back the mattress reasons being funeral arrangements and other things to deal with.
Two weeks after I returned the mattress for exchange and I was told that they cannot do because it's two weeks ago.
I'm sorry for your loss sir but I cannot do anything for you.

I am extremely disappointed by the service received from this organization
I was gifted with a go go chair by the Organization I had previously worked for, in February of this year . The chair had stopped working and a Technician was sent to check it . he did a thorough check and realized that the batteries were not charging ,that was on the 24th of June . He also took the charger to check it out as well .
On the 7th of July the new batteries were returned , fitted and fully charged .But the charger was not returned . The Biometric department was made aware of this . I was told that it was given to another customer in error and would be retrieved and returned to me . I was again informed that it was left by some relative and would be brought for me , then I was again told , that the technician has no transport , then again , that they have it and it would be sent to the Gulf City branch , so I can send someone to pick it up on Saturday 26 th of July .
So far NOTHING , today is the 29th and still nothing . What do you really want me to do now ? Await another excuse ? Well I am still waiting and the chair is down again . I rely on it for mobility . You tell me what is next after 5 weeks going into the 6th week . I await your response .
