All new modernized equipment installed. You can work everything from your phone even when your not home I CAN SEE WITH MY NEW CAMERAS THROUGH MY PHONE what my puppies are doing and which one is getting into mischief .

I contacted DKS (DOORKING) about a problem with my Security Gate key pad system. I could not operate the Gate by telephone - merely got a loud hum like sound. The telephone company could not solve the problem after more than one hour of trying. DKS REFUSED to help because I am a homeowner - not a contractor. Other security sources were not helpful.
I called Advent Security and left a message about the problem. My call was promptly returned by John, who solved the problem immediately. He told me which internal wire to check and he was right. Problem solved, no charge. He could not have been nicer or more professional.
I now have a Security Gate company for life.
(The next system I buy won't be from DKS.)
Been with them for years. Great service. Personal service, as opposed to the larger companies.
Advent Security may be a good company but they call my house too much. I have stayed on the phone so I can have them remove me from their call list but even after talking to someone they still keep calling. I am even on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Wish they would stop calling.
