Awesome place to work at. The leadership team is amazing and great bunch of people to with with. Our sites actually do care about our residents and make living at Advenir a truly great experience.
All these reviews that are giving them five stars are more than likely getting paid to post this farce!! This place does nothing but rip you off and tell lies!! The audacity of them to force you to pay on the residential portal and then charge you a fee for doing so. They will not take a check from you stating that they are going green and can t accept paper. Forcing you to pay for a valet trash service that doesn t benefit you in any way and also charging a ridiculous fee of $48!! This valet company also comes when they feel like it and if you have more trash than what can fit inside the very tiny trash can that they provided.. they will not collect your trash.This is the only valet trash company that is charging that much.. the base in this area is from $24-$30 and that s pushing it and you get a much larger trash bin. This company is run by a bunch of charlatans!! How on earth are you going to charge some people $1300 after all the fees and then charge others $1645 after all the fees for the same exact apartment, same floor plan, same amount of bedrooms????!! If you are looking for a place to rent.. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM ADVENIR!!! It will only cost you more in the long run both financially and mentally!!!
I took over Del Arte as a complete mess, drowning in invoices and upset residents. I spent weeks reconciling both water and xcel bills alone (not to mention every vendor under the sun) and addressing important resident concerns. The property was 88% occupancy at my take over. They let go of my regional director 30 days after I started and left me with no support in place. I worked my tail off to get the occupancy to 97% with a 4 week occupancy trend of 96%, became totally caught up on invoices, and built a strong team. I stepped in to assist another brand new manager in my region with learning and completing reports because I was determined to ensure our teams were going to be as successful as possible. The new regional, Stephanie is the worst micro manager I ve ever encountered. Additionally, she is condescending, patronizing, and is more concerned with rentable items in entrata and talking poorly about her managers than actually doing her work. The office was broken into and my personal laptop was stolen. It was there because my work laptop was not working. Advenir refuses to replace my laptop. I also worked the entirety of Q2, provided and worked through a 2 week notice and they still refusing to pay my quarterly bonus as well as an employee referral. Just beware if you choose to apply or work for advenir. They do not follow their own core values always do the right thing . The send you an offer letter stating they are at-will . They are not if you are salary. Be sure to read their 50 page long personnel manual even if you are busy trying to improve their asset because they will use it against you later. Page 39 is where you can find their sneaky policy about requiring a 30 day notice for exempt employees. Oh not to mention, you ll have 3 very redundant financial reports that you ll spend 5 hours explaining every single month.! That core value work smarter, not harder is another they struggle to live up to!!
Company charges a monthly maintenance fee when you rent an apartment, which is fine but during covid they did not come in to fix anything. Then when i moved out they are trying to charge me for anything that was broken that they did not come and fix when they were asked to.
If you want a place to live were nothing works. This is the place for you!

This is honestly the worst place I have ever lived in. From the poor management of the property down to the customer service and management team. They genuinely do NOT care about the people that live here or their concerns. I had an issue today and was trying to get help resolving this issue and the assistant manager Steve laugh at me in my face and the leasing manager sat there and ignored my request for help and waved me away like a child when I was talking to her. I ve called the district manager to complain and they do not respond. But they are doing everything they can to lock you into a lease here. Do not move here, you will regret it.
I ve been with the company for 3 years and have had the greatest experience. The associates and leadership teams within Advenir are so supportive, customer service oriented, and really have become a family. I am excited to continue my career growth with this company! I value everything I ve learned by working for this company.
