Advantage Telcom Review

We've had Advantage Telecom for over a year now and its been nothing but a positive experience. They are all extremely pleasant to work with, from their salesman Steve, to their technician Paul, and to their support staff, Tiffany, Autumn, Christophe and Carli. They are all very friendly and personable. They know what they are doing and if you need something, they get it done quickly and with a good attitude. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend. They have made managing our phone and internet service across our 3 locations a breeze. Cant recommend enough!

We just got new business phones from Advantage Telecom. It was as smooth as possible transition from the old style phone system to new. No loss of service in the transfer. The new phones and the features they have are fantastic. The crew was great and I was shocked at how well it went. Nothing like some of the horror stories I've heard from others using AT&T and the large companies. Competent, quality local service and support is the best in my book. If you want better than what you have now I would definitely give these guys a call.

Hands down the best costumer service! We have been working with Advantage Telecom for over 3 years and when it came moving our systems, they were amazing! I must give a shout out to the following, Autumn, Paul and Tiffany, they are the best!!!!

I just started using Advantage and it is way better customer service that I had before with 8 x 8. They were able to keep all the same phones and quickly change. They are quick to respond with any issue that might come up. I would suggest them for any phone and internet! Autumn helped with the whole process!

Advantage Telecom is by far the best in the industry, the tech support and customer service is excellent, any time I need a change made or assistance with anything technical they are on it right away. If you are thinking about going to VOIP I would not look any further Advantage is the company. I have 2 shops and they both utilize Advantage Telecom. One more major thing is that they have saved me hundreds of dollars with our phone and internet systems.

This driver/employee has anger management issues! He swerved across three lanes of city traffic, cutting me off, because some lady cut [him] off !?! He nearly caused a serious accident! I had to slam on my brakes!! His excuse was essentially his anger management issues. I would stay away from this company!

moved from one Advantage Telecom enabled condo to another. Doug came by to do the no charge switchover. completed in *less* than five minutes. thanked Doug and he proceeded on his way like the Johnny Appleseed of broadband connectivity.

Good Service. Added a phone line, fixed previous credit card machine, and programmed phone in under an hour.
