This place is situated at Sector-137 on Noida - Greater Noida Expressway. This is commercial place. This place have office spaces with various type of restaurant for fast food dining like Domino's, McDonalds. This place is situated on the service line of Expressway and visible even with high speed traffic. Currently this area is under development and visitors will left with parking on Road only. Nearby societies are Supertech Ecociti, Logix, Paras Tierea.

Good place to hang out.Some good food chains like Domino's, MacDonald,KFC , Starbucks etc . Overall good ambience.

They didnt even bother to let our car throug even though there was space and everything. We kept pleading our child ia not well but no response

Big Corporate Tower on sec 137 Noida adjoining to Noida expressway . Many corporate offices are in running here like KPMG India Mart, Itel and many more. Construction is still going on from a long time but work.culture is very good . Overall very good office space as per location and connectivity

Been to this business park recently. It's a decent place with good amenities such as car parking and arrangement of foods for the executives.

Nice place along with the expressway passing from Delhi to noida and greater noida road. Much more it is visible from far distance due to its immense height and tall building. Have all requisite amenities.

Advant is very good place for office, have very good infra, various food shops, neet and clean environment .

Its a fast developing commercial area near sector 137 residential societies. It is still developing. Upcoming metro will contribute in its development.

It is a beautiful building with metro construction going on

Its a good place to eat on noida-gr. Noida highway. You may find subway, macdonands and dominoz as well as moti mahal

The infrastructure is great, but since the outside area's under construction, it was very difficult to find a way in/out.
It's a great place for business meetings also.

Nevertheless to say.. This is the most happening and rapidly developing zone of Noida, right in the middle of Noida and Gr. Noida.. Offices, residences and now Metro Station.. makes it a complete package for someone looking forward to move in here..

Has Samsung engineering and other offices too, here.For people who are confused with its location. Local auto rickshaw or cab driver who takes passenger on sharing basis calls this stop as Ganda nala.

Soothing place to sit under scorching heat outside.

Inside premises and facilities are good but out side of the park high pollution and traffic jam due to on going metro work.

A good business park with all facilities and nice office spaces and a mall, only it's quite remotely located and one can't find many public vehicles in the surrounding

It is the only building on left side of expressway builded in shape ship which you can see from road it self. Safety terms are good have 2 ATM's. Restaurant like moti mahal, see ratnaam, Mac D , Domino's etc. Branch of HDFC and Icici bank.

Peaceful location and best place to have mcdonalds burger. ..

Metro work is going around. Too much crowded. Gas station is very near and has many restaurants.
