I have worked at this place for 4 years in my independent office. The administration of building is really good. Earlier it was alone but now have been able to call many restrounts, banks and corporates which has make this place. Location is constrained n parking is a big problem.
It's a business hub with a great infra and services like food, parking, and different other things.
It's a great state of the art building . However not that populated , only handful of corporates are there . I went for a business meeting on Saturday . May be that's why . However nice place . 20 mins drive from botanical garden metro station . It's on noida expressway .
They have Macdonald's , Domino's, subway, CCD along with some small restaurants.Good place for near by offices.

The place is good, well maintained. Toilets, lobby,security, rooms are neat and clean, Although entry system for a who is not working here is a bit time taking. This building is easily visible during traffic from Expressway.
